i just bought a 3 month premium two days ago , and i just know the rule (40g / 3 days ) in this post

Low data limit & low download speed , what a good host
Screw this hoster. My 3 months is almost up and I'm done. I tolerated the 40GB / 3 days because stuff usually would stay up. Now they are deleted faster than I can wait for my quota to reset. They are true to their name, they are a total joke.
Default minimum rate is $5 per 1k downloads. Actual rate is determined automatically by the system depending on the quality of your traffic, so it can
be a lot higher if you have good traffic but never lower that 5$ per 1k downloads.
Why is the download limit not written anywhere on Filejoker's website? It's not so much the limit that puts me off but the mere fact that Filejoker is hiding it. They are promising unlimited this, unlimited that. I consider that a scam. The whole website looks like a scam. I'm checking back every month if things have improved but the website still looks identical and even after writing them a message they haven't updated their premium or FAQ page.
I'm sorry that you feel that way but I would like to point out that no where do we advertise Filejoker to have unlimited downloads. The services we advertise and in fact provide match completely. We do not hide the limit. The reason it is not in our FAQ page is simple, it is not a frequent concern of our customers, especially after it has been doubled a few months ago.
The limit is there not so we can profit from it, it is more of a security measure to make sure cheaters have less opportunities to cheat us, our customers and partners.
Complaints about the download limit are almost non existent and those few people who run into it are quickly helped by our customer service reps. I hope this explains the issue clearly.
I'm also sorry to be see that you are under impression that our site is scam right of the bat, would you care to elaborate on the subject? What exactly (apart from the dl limit issue you've described) prompts you to feel this way about Filejoker? Your feedback is valuable to us.
I find this hard to believe. Either people are complaining to the wrong persons about it(most likely the forum admins here) or they've given up before even trying.
How do you help them? Short of according more download bandwidth to them, I don't see how this could possibly be resolved since I know people who download more than the limit every day. I currently have 70GB of JAV queued up for downloads myself(not on filejoker because it's not from this forum) and that's because I'm finally done with the BDISO(minus half of one) and I only have DVDISO left.
I'm personally fine with the current limit since I don't download much from this forum, I mostly upload, but looking at my sales, most people are getting accounts for previous hosts that I'm still using(but had abandon for a while, I only started again to help someone out) rather than filejoker accounts which they know I won't abandon because of the rule as opposed to the others which I could drop again at any second. The only possible reason I could imagine for this is the low bandwidth for premium users at filejoker(I don't personally know of another hosts which offer less, even after you doubled it).
Yes, some customers do occasionally run into it, but our support team is always ready to help by resetting it. According to our internal statistic most of our customers do not reach limit or even come close to. In any case we are do our best to improve our service and download limit may be increased in the future. Please remember that again, it is there to protect uploaders and ensure that downloading customers, the ones who actually pay for their Premium accounts are not suffering from various cheaters (illegal debrids, all in one downloaders and such) and are able to fully enjoy their accounts.
Filejoker is relatively new service and that explains why some people might prefer more established hosts over us. However we are confident that in time, people will see and appreciate the clean, safe and secure service that doesn't push malware to their computers with unethical tricks. It takes time to earn trust and we are willing to wait and work towards it.
Guys, you need to earn less than $15 per day to receive minimum payout weekly. This is not that much. That's like what, 3000 downloads per day or 1-3 sales per day on average. Our minimum payout is set to $100, because making tons of $1-50 payments simply is not reasonable. First of all we pay once a week. Secondly, every payment, every single time is checked by us for fraud and various cheating techniques uploaders may use. That takes time and effort.
We are mostly looking for serious webmasters who want to earn serious money. If a partner earns say around $150 weekly or more it doesn't matter what is the minimum payout is - $10, $50 or $100. If partner does uploading just as a hobby and it is not a source of income partner relies on, in that case the minimum payout doesn't really matter as well and it sure is nice to get a 100$ or more instead of like 20$. Fixating on highish minimum payout is a waste of time.
Our main goal is help our partners to earn as much as possible and we do our best to achieve it.

I'm on the fence about signing up for DDL providers for more than 3 months at a time.
Since it's an anniversary and all, I was wondering if there are any promos for Akibaonline members.
Maybe a discount or promo code?

It is not announced yet, but there will be some heavy discounts on Premium account renewals and upgrades. We will send out a newsletter to all our customers once all the details are finalized.

Like a long overdue increase to the download cap?
It would be very nice if the minimum payout for wire transfer would also be $ 100 instead of $ 1000 and of course with a more normal fee instead of $ 60. (From the FileJoker website: Min. payout for Wire Transfer is $1000. Transfer fee is $60.)
