I'm having problems since friday. Download managers can't connect and says "server error 503 connection limit reached". When I opened the link via web browser, speed was too slow (200kbps). That happened 'till today. Now via web browser it says "connection limit!". And can't download files. And download managers simply says "file not found". Needless to say, it continues to consume my download quota even though I can't download any file.
Oh, btw: I have paid a premium vip membership.
edit: Today the problem persist. But on download managers only downloads a 7b file. And that still consumes the original file size (wich is 2gb) of my quota.
No answer from staff.
