It feels like nginx is issuing a 5 minute block , because it works sometime after waiting. You should check your nginx & apache error logs.

I had just over 8GB left of bandwidth, so I queued 4GB to download. After a while, I noticed the downloading had stopped, so I checked the remaining bandwidth. I'd downloaded 800MB, and it said that I had 1GB left of bandwidth. This is a common problem, and I usually solve it by refreshing the account. It didn't do it this time. 1GB left. and it refuses to download any more and refers me to a captcha. I have a premium account.

@GravureMan1984, please note that it's not what we want. Some payment options might have different transaction fee. You can check out another payment gateways and choose the option even with $0 fee, for example Bitcoin and get 20% more premium days as a bonus!

Problems with keeping track of downloaded data again. I had around 27.8GB free, queued 13.7GB, and had downloaded 1.06GB when I'm told I have 837MB left. I've sent a message via the form.

At least they'll manually reset it if you ask, if things didn't change.

@teenytinydik, actually, we have answered many times, this download limit serves as protection tool from various leechers, account sharers and various other cheaters.

Besides, @SamKook is right, if you need this limit reset, you can always contact our support and they will happy to help.

Site says 50% Premium time free Black Friday and yet it's the same price and length of sub it always was LMAO! That $22.95 bullshit that becomes $50 at checkout will forever be beyond bogus. Why are you so shitty from every angle?

Sad that this community is in such a stranglehold to such a terrible service.
I believe after you make your payment, your account will show the expiry date with the 50% more days added, though I may be wrong.

Hi, my account is always be suspended every time I try to download something, and then I received reactivate email. After reactivate my account, I try to download something and it is suspended again and again, again... What wrong in your systems? Traffic Available is more than 47% and I can not download anything

I can only think of 3 scenarios for a locked account that you need to reactivate. If you're using a VPN sometimes their server detects it as suspicious activity and suspends the account. If you're sharing the account, their server sometimes detects multiple log-ins from different IPs and suspends the account till you verify your ownership. Finally if your password is compromised the server may suspend it.

Apart from these instances maybe MaxFJ can give you more info.

I think that it is not VPN or IPs problem because I try to use "Allow access only for IPs" then add only one IP and this proplem continue to happen. My password is given by Filejoker in email, so it also not compromised password. I find out that when I try to down some specific files I will be suspended. When I download others file, everything is Ok. Try to download the "suspended file" again and then I am suspended again. There is something wrong in the files: https://filejoker.net/lvbjdk68gcb7
