Here is a file that includes my promised "Fan Fiction" style subs for the dialog that happens starting at when the Mom is doing her Aerobics until the end of the movie.
Please note...this is just upload is basically just a rough draft that at times will include several different lines that I was considering for one line but don't have time to finish the edit for today. Again...it is a very ROUGH DRAFT, but I think some will enjoy it anyway.
I'm going to be traveling for a couple weeks, so I wanted to be sure to get this out before I forgot about it.
I will tighten it up and post the final version as soon as I have time.
In the meantime, feel free to delete whichever lines you wish and keep the ones that you prefer. Consider it sort of like an "Edit to your own tastes porn subtitle".

Thanks so much for Imscully's "beta" version of MOT-023 sub. I too had started to create a sub for MOT-023 using Whisper, but I liked Imscully's version so much more (especially his fan-based interpretations), that I merged a little of my version with his to create this sub. I received his permission to post this sub, provided that I credit him as the originator with my edits. Although this sub was a colab effort, it may not be the same as Imscully's final release.

I also attempted to clean up the Whisper induced artifacts, re-interpreted some of the meaningless/ "lewd-less" dialog, and deleted some of the redundant/ "extra" lines of text in the same time slot. Again, I don't understand Japanese or Chinese so my re-interpretations might not be totally accurate but I try to match what is happening in the scene. Anyway, enjoy and let me know what you think.​

2. AviDemux to create the acc audio file is easy and fast.
3. Using Whisper from the cloud takes about little more than 1 hr to create the srt file in Japanese. I guess Colab Google put on a timer and to have to verify when it times out.
4. Last step I used Subtitle Edit to convert srt Japanese to srt English

1. When using the Whisper on the Cloud link who owns this link? What happened if the link no longer available in the future? I guessing the owner owns the code
2. When I run setup Whisper and run Whisper....I'm assuming I'm downloading the code from the link and using the instant on my browser? Can I run multiple instants using multiple Chrome Browsers or does it have to be Chrome and Firefox?
3. Number of users accessing Whisper link should not matter right?
4. Why translation_mode = No translation? I accidentally left the default value and noticed it created the srt in English for me....is it not accurate?

1. Whoever created the collab owns it(but google actually owns everything there).

2. It runs on a remote pc, not on your pc or browser. In theory you can run multiple at once but it might be limited per ip too. If it's not limited and too many people abuse it, there's a high chance it will become limited in the future.

3. The numbers of people who can access it depends on the hardware they have. Whisper requires a dedicated gpu to do its thing so you're limited to how many physical GPU they put at our disposition.

4. I'm gonna let others answer that, haven't used it enough to know how good the translation is or isn't.

--task transcribe = no translate / --task translate = translate to eng

anw: You will never get a good .srt on a single run because whisper isn't that good. Run the full length file for the first time, then check srt again, rerun the incorrect segments for the next times.

2. Whisper run on Google Cloud, not on your pc. They limit daily usage for each account, so you should change to other google account to continue to use it.

You may have to right click on the left-hand side, in the navigation menu, and go to "Refresh". Sometimes, if you've just mounted Google Drive, it may take a minute or two for your files to show up automatically. Right-click and refresh and it should show up sooner.

It should show the folder as "drive", then you can navigate through that, find your files, then right-click and "copy file path" on your desired file.

In case you accidentally get backed into the root folder, the "drive" folder is in the "contents" folder. contents>drive>your folders and files.
