Chinese is a funny language when it comes to conversation, taken out of context (no tone, expressions, no video, no knowledge of flow of conversation) a few dialog lines transcribed into text, even 100% correctly can still be very difficult to understand. DeepL there did very well.
If you can give context, or make a small clip of a few minutes (say 00:45 to 00:50) it will help.
I'm guessing:
524: (said by a female?) Three people [3P sex?] took a long time
525: (said by a male who was in the 3P?) Next time [sex] just the two of us
526: Yes, let's [do sex] one more time
But to be honest, this is one of many many common cases conversational Chinese can be ambiguous, your interpretation is one of several way to understand "我們兩個", it's unlikely but possible. The exact meaning is often, not always, clear to the speaker/listen in that moment, but if you have to go be what's write it down word by word, it's much more difficult to be sure.
In defense of Chinese, IMHO Japanese is even worse. Often it seems Japanese communicate by emoted noises, not words.

Wait... I think @mandaldeep378 problem is audio mis-timing, not hard sub mis-timing. In that case, it quite fixable. Just demux the audio track and mux it back in. If I'd do it myself, I would use FFMPEG on command line. I'm getting not bad at it. But you can find many GUI program that can make it less learning curvy. Most of the GUI employs FFMPEG under the skin anyway. Another method which is perhaps overkill is Adobe Premiere (or my fav open source alternative: kdenlive).
Unfortunately, The OCR is very poor and it is very difficult to determine accurately through captions
In context it means that during threesome sex, one guy wasn't very good, so the other guy said, next time the two of us will do it alone
