Slightly off topic, but it's weird...not weird to see these covers of JAV male actors have straight/gay/trans sex on film.
Not getting political.

Years ago, I was shock to see some famous ones like Ozawa do full gay sex... and it wasn't one video it seems. I thought he was straight but...

I have felt since then, the industry has more gays/bi actors than it's willing to admit. Or the pay for male actors is so bad they need to do this genre as well. Could be both.

it's much better than the one I have. i created an account to try to get credits and download it, but the system doesn't seem to work as it won't award me the 10 daily login posts. is there anything else i can do, or do you know where they get their subs at least?

I was plain reading your sub. Not with the movie.
I think the translation software gave you some errors @ lines 714, 715, 717, 720, 722, 761, 773, 806, 830, 844, 845

I think you did admirable. I can't judge the accuracy, as it's just plain reading. I say good work subbing

Also it look like BBAN-258 also has Chinese subs for it

I found a Japanese file on SubtitleCat. I think this file is better than the Chinese one imo.
I did not create the subs.. I can not confirm the accuracy of the subs... and I did not clean it up
I used Deepl to translate to English and create two files .ASS and .SRT

I've been thinking about this for a while now, what's everyone's opinion on creating a GitHub repo to allow people to upload subs? We could add some basic organization to it to differentiate the different types of sources (Whisper, hand translated, CH to EN...etc.) and even allow users to submit PR to improve sub quality.

That is too complicated, unfortunately. There should be a better source or UI for crowd edits, but Git specifically is both too complicated and I don't think Git version of merging will work well with SRT files that have each line given a specific number.

NOT MY REVIEW........Brief Review:
The Story follows the common JAV theme of a young man who manipulates his stepmother and turns her into a sex slave. This is one of a series from the same label.

Anri's stepson just cant keep his eyes off her and lusts after her voluptuous body as she works around the house doing her daily chores while wearing skimpy skirt and exposing her panties.
As he spys on her he sees her smiling happily as she gets a new text on her cell phone but she guiltily closes the phone as her husband comes in. When she leaves the room her stepson quickly sneaks in and checks her phone messages and discovers she has a secret date setup. Next day he follows Anri and gets some pictures of her going out with her illicit boyfriend.

When she comes home he confronts her with the pictures and blackmails her so she reluctantly allows him to bind her wrists with duct tape so she cant as easily resit his sex plays. Soon they are having sex and she becomes more and more compliant as she finds herself looking forward to the sex each day after her husband leaves for work. To exercise his control the son has her talking to her husband while he is using vibrators on her and she can barely suppress her groans of pleasure while she chats to her husband between gasps. Eventually Anri has been so converted she happily joins in some 3P with another man.

Plus it comes down to maintenance and contribution. Most aren't willing/have time/have the knowledge to help.

I quite like the result but still there are sentences that make no sense (perhaps figurative speech in Japanese) and a few untranslated parts, short usually. It can be followed quite well but if anyone wants to polish it please go ahead as I can't understand Japanese.

Athena is IMHO an unfairly forgotten studio when it comes to subtitles.

You're gonna have to be a bit more specific since there's multiple versions.

In short, you extract the audio from the video, feed it to whisper(upload first if using the collab) and that's it. After that you can fiddle with settings or process the audio first if need be.

I was so excited to have subs for this that I started creating my own (loosely based on the original Comic) a couple days ago when the movie first become available. (Spoiler alert..there's lots of dialog, so I didn't get far...only 10 minutes or so.)
Since then I've seen a couple new versions, now including yours.
I'm on vacation for another day, but intend to spice it up a bit when I get back home on Monday.

Yea I think Whisper probably doesn't quite do justice to the movie, but would love to see your version.
