Check the other image. It's the same take just 3 seconds later. If that was fake they wouldn't risk it with a deepthroat changing the orientation of the camera.

Movies with a way higher budget can't even fake a creampie. I don't believe these people are able to fake a whole movie like this

I think a simple off camera retraction of a long hose would be quite easy. Or an apparatus inside the hand of the male actor. like a small squeeze bottle with a small applicator or hose attached. There are many different ways they could achieve this and they are very clever with it and ingenious.

I will ask my contact the number of ways they achieve this and get back to you! But in my mind it is a concrete a certified staged scenario in this instance. My conviction of that is even higher now based on the images you provided.

the puke however... is often real puke. usually watered down or just water on an empty stomach. but still real puke.

Exactly. That's why I don't ever watch scat because it can be easily faked.
