So, showing scat by itself on the cover is OK, while showing it in the mouth is a no-no... while showing canine penisia (to use the plural coined by Louis CK) is OK...
Or was it more like their decision since it's not a scat movie? In other words, it's not illegal to show poop in mouth in general (i.e. if it's a scat-focused movie), but they decided that this would be too much for the cover of this particular one...
