Honestly, its really not much from what I know.

Its all in Chinese though. some main pointers he observed are;
1. A recent law push for JAV girls to get paid per movie, I think before filming all payment must finalize. While on surface it looks good for preventing girls getting exploited, this also means that girls who are famous/S tier or really get roughed up will just get the agreed upon amount. If the movie blows up with huge sales they end up not getting benefited from it
2. Even with aging population, Japan is struggling in wealth transfer from old people to young people, and a worsening economy. (Just think how good 80s, 90s anime was compared to the powerpoint nowadays). This forces lots of young girl to consider AV or any other sex jobs even though there are lesser young people now in Japan.

I'm not sure how trustworthy his sources are but the average budget of one JAV movie is around 11,666USD, (i am converting his taiwanese currency to usd here). Out of that 10k-12k USD;
1. 6140USD goes to filming budget itself, including location, sets, male porn star, msc spending, make up artist, camera crew and so on
2. 3224USD goes to director and producer (in a sense the yakuza lol)
3. 2303USD goes to managing agent who will give the girl whats left
So in his calculation, a JAV girl gets paid 1k-2k maybe of USD per move. Honestly I find that hard to believe. No to mention we are talking about 2hr long movie here where most girls have sex multiple times and with 3p, gangbang at the end and so on. Maybe this is for per part of a JAV movie, not sure.
So above 3 points all contributed to why JAV girls are literally getting worked to death now by studios to squeeze every ounce out of them. This poor girl was definitely exploited and she could have done so much better just by being a normal whore.
From what I know myself, spending around 300-600USD could easily land you a girl in East Asia. And if you're lucky and know what to look for you can easily get to facefuck a S1/Idea Pocket worthy girl in terms of looks and body. Chinese/Japanese/Korean. Southeast Asian would be cheaper. So she's definitely super unfortunate.
