where can i see their uploads? 168.me is directing to unrelated site.Back in topic, it is a good time for HD JAV: in addition to the old ones, there is a new crew, 168.me, which is ripping a lot of stuff in FHD.

my bad, 168x.mewhere can i see their uploads? 168.me is directing to unrelated site.
As said by rice12345 above, the watermark stays for a bit and then goes away. 95%-99% of the movie is not watermarked. Not perfect, but compared to what the other crews do, I think it is a good compromise.i found that their latest upload got watermark. im quite disappointed.

I gave 168x a try, I like quite a few things about it. The web site is a clone of thzla, minus the mad ads, very easy to get used to (and to scrap). Their release schedule seems to track new releases as well but not exactly duplicate thzla so hopefully they would complement each other. Watermark is good, quality is good. Each releasess comes with frame grabs which helps a lot for picking vids.
But one minus is that file size. Do all their vids encode at 6400+ kbps? That's more than 50% larger than thzla. Is it really necessary? I find thzla rips pretty ok, 50% larger seems a little bloated.
Yeah... come to think of it, seems every aspect is better than thzla except the bloated encode. What do you guys do about it, if anything? Worth to re-encode at 4000+ bitrate or 5000+ bitrate? Or just invest in storage and forgittabouit.
Hope they go steady.
Well that goes without sayingIt's the best thing right now to for new movies. It's really not that bad, for like 80% imo of the movie you can't even
If you are a hardcore collector definitely invest in storage. Reencoding JAV seems to be a unproductive goal.
If you look for (or are fine with) 720p rips there is a little forum, freedl.org, which provide tons of releases in 720p (15-20 movies a day). They're watermarked and the bitrate is barely acceptable (2500-3000) but the final quality is eventually decent and you will save a lot of space. I use it for titles I don't care too much. Also sometimes there are a few titles which are not released by other crews, so it could deserve an occasional look for rare movies.Well that goes without saying
The question I need to ask myself is how hardcore am I?
First is that I am 99.5% collecting new releases now. Very very rare I need to find any vid over 6-9 months old. So I only care about any release group that can deliver within 30 days (seems in reality, 1-5 days delivery is reliable, but to be honest to myself, I won't suffer permanent damage if I had to wait up to 30 days for any new release)
I think what I am gonna do, is to get (and backup) only from the bestest badassest FHD release group, but really really limit the number of titles to collect. On average 2 titles a week is more than enough for my sex life (solo and otherwise). I will get these mad 6000+ kbps files and back them up by whatever method (currently BD writable) and for a few them (probably average out to 1-2 vids a month?) I will keep them on "live" storage for random rewatching. Some of these I edit them to only the most fappilicous scenes (chop 60-80% of the footage) and/or down-sample to 720p.
My bedroom setup (where I watch pron most of the time) is pretty decent but gets slightly laggy with too-bloated vids.
Yup, I've been saying that forever. They are just interested in getting their watermark on it and out on the web as soon as they can....they doesn't even care about the quality. they just select default preset and sacrifice all important part about gaining quality and speed up encoding process
Thanks. I've been looking for this forever. Much appreciated.sukebei.nyaa.si
