The elite is the Throat Swallow Ward series. These are SDDE-440, 454, 475, 493, 531, 550. The best of these are 475 and 493, but I like all the 400 titles. The 500s also have their moments, but stray too much from what made the series great. Spin-off title SVDVD-748. And then it seems the mother series is likely SDDE-182 and 198. They aren't as deepthroat-oriented as I would like, but 182 has some good stuff.
During the time this series was running, other studios attempted to make similar titles. These are MIRD-180, 186, and RCTD-035. I like both the MIRD titles, but they simply aren't on the same level, despite featuring great talent.
The title that I think most exemplifies what I am looking for from titles like this is RCT-178. I love how procedural it is. I've been looking for more titles that capture the same, but haven't had much luck. Rocket made a sequel that was released last year, featuring Yumika, RCTD-440. It, unfortunately, doesn't capture the same style, but I especially love scene 2. A couple titles which do capture what I love about 178: SDDE-455 and ASFB-230 (though this is massage parlor workers, not hospital staff).

Definitely saw it when it was released! Good recommendation Real Works has fallen off significantly. I really dont understand why SPC/Asfur, Knights Visual, and Real Works dont make more of their BJ/deepthroat centric titles like they used to. The Chin Shabu series from RW was epic. Most consistent DROP release in a long time. Every scene other than one I would rank at least good, with several being great. Production values are up as well (better lighting, rooms that don't look like a casting couch set) and there are more varied camera angles. Hana even makes an appearance.
Needless to say from the labels, there are more on the compulsory end of the spectrum, but all involved seem to enjoy themselves, which is kind of my standard of whether I think they belong here or not. Amagai Ichika in MISM-261 noticeably gets pushed to her limit, but handles it all and consistently impresses. Ikuta Machi in HUNBL-125 is a particularly notable performance as well. Both worth checking out if you are into harder stuff.
