akiba resident JAV subtitlers & subtitle talk★NOT A SUB REQUEST THREAD★

Hello, but I want to know how to obtain the .srt file of the PC version, the PC voice to text option is very precise, but to download the .srt file I do not find the option, I leave an image of the PC version of capcut.

I'm trying to download only the .srt file option but it doesn't download, I don't know if it's only for paid versions, that's why my doubt.

This file is just for testing and I saw almost 99% translation effectiveness.
First, I have to stop you there, because there is no 99% translation effectiveness when using software.
99% translation effectiveness comes from humans and even then we make mistakes interpreting things everyday.
So there is no 99% effectiveness :D

Second, I can't help you. I've totally forgotten how to use capcut.
Tech support might be able to help. Good luck. https://www.akiba-online.com/forums/tech-support.88/

ok, but the program's voice recognition almost completely recognized the words in that video, that's why it mentioned that it has a high pressure, because even the words in English that were in that video, it also recognized them very well. but what interests me about the original author of the publication is to know if he has a paid version of said program, because he does not let me download the .srt file

The version I had at the time was free. It was an earlier version.
I download it from https://m.apkpure.com/capcut-video-editor/com.lemon.lvoverseas
I took the file and put it in Notepad++ and then saved it as a .srt file.

That's all I can remember, sorry. I don't even remember the version I download:p

Is there anyway to find Chinese SRT files for a particular movie?

This link below has hard coded Chinese subtitles into the movie, RCT-767 Hot Actress With Terrible Acting Skills Forced To Bare It All At The Closing Party Of Her TV Show That Got Canceled For Bad Ratings".

Is there any way to find the SRT file in Chinese for RCT-767, so I can try to translate into English?

Hello, I'm new to this community, I have been making subs for personal use, AFAIK... the OCR method does work at a times but I tried using pytranscriber and that's works too.. most of the time I guess, depending on the audio quality.. I find that the results could be vary and most likely produced a good quality if we are able to separate the vocal from the music.. I will upload my sample by next week. let me know if anything comes up..

LIVE FAN-SUBBING SESSION: 11/14 (MON.) @ JST 18:00 ON DISCORD (?)

MDLD-359a.jpg

Anybody interested in actively participating in a Twitch-like stream to fan-sub a gokkun classic together on Discord? If so, send me a DM before the end of next weekend. I suggest we tackle the opening scene of MDLD-359 (aka Sperm Viking 2) starring Momo Iizawa. Not only is it relatively short and sweet, but it also leaves the door open to fan-subbing the whole movie should we find the experience enjoyable and rewarding enough. But, since this could also be a one-off, I'm open to other suggestions as well. I can break the Japanese down well enough for any reasonably educated person to follow along, so no Japanese skills beyond a passing curiosity in language learning and the translation process are required. Rather, the point is to have fun bouncing ideas off of each other and enjoy discussing sex and pornography together. No webcams necessary; microphones required. If one or more people can participate, I say let's do it. If nobody is interested or available, I say no biggie.
I wish I could but not sure my computer is current for it. Seems like fun :hehe:

Can I join the session?

No worries. I imagine even if 10 peoples are interested, maybe only 1 will actually be available. If it does come together, though, I may record and upload it for the curious.
I think it will be successful because it sounds like fun :D Good luck. I wish I could try for it.

Hopefully someone can help me out here as I'm tearing my hair out over this one. I've used pyTranscriber to get some basic translations/timestamps on a video, but after getting it to work once every single subsequent .srt file it churns out is blank. It produces .txt files just fine. Any suggestions?

1. Restart your computer again and try again.
2. You can make sure nothing in the background is running with CTRL+ATL+DEL and then try it.
3. You can try uninstalling the software and then reinstall. Btw I've been using it 3 times today and no problems. I have the portable version 1.4V
good luck:)

I've written a notebook that combines Whisper with a separate VAD. It works much better than Whisper alone on long-form inputs, and also runs about 2-4x faster.

@Non_Entity , by any chnace could you add a feature to your WhisperVAD notebook to go through all files in a drive folder? In my view your implementation of the VAD enabled Whisper has been better than any other ones I have seen. Well done!!!

It's like Maload said. The clearer the movie dialog, the better pyTranscriber works. And along with Audacity it's great. Remember pytranscriber will give you timing code and some subs at the very least. The rest is up you :D
You can use both the .mp4(audio/video file) or mp3(audio file) with pyTranscriber. I think mp3 works best because with Audacity you can make the audio a little better.

And remember, 90% of JAV dialog is the same words/phrases.

You should be prepare to guess some scenes as the music and other people talking is just too hard to understand.. unless you know Japanese.

If it's girls-- and they're at school-- and it's just background talk-- then just say, Girl A: How was the exam? Or something like that. Girl B: Um, I didn't score well. Or something like that.

But look/listen for the main star(s) to talk louder OR whoever talks the loudest. That's your focus when everyone talking at once. OR just skip it. Sometimes its just better than stressing ;)
Hi - how can you make the audio file (mp3) with Audicity to have better-transcribing results? I mean, what do you edit or tweak to make it better recognized by whisper / pytranscriber / or any software you use to transcribe?
