That's one of the motivators behind my Japanese learning. Translation from Japanese (since it has quite a different feel from European languages) is still not the same. I have a whole Anki deck for just the JAV terms
Let me give you some examples (these specific ones are from oral-focused JAV covers):
- ザーメンの喉越し — this uses 喉越し which describes the feeling of something pleasant (like food or drink) going down one's throat and combines it with ザーメン (semen); how would you translate it succinctly? "A good chug of semen"? This does not use the "throat" part... Maybe something like "A semen drink that goes down the throat nicely"? Too wordy... Oh, we do have a "throat hit" when smoking, so maybe "A nice throat hit of semen"
- 肉厚な舌 — it's not just "fleshy tongue" (which already an uncommon thing to say in English), it's a "meat-thick tongue"
- 濃厚なエキスを搾り取る — "squeezing a dense/rich/concentrated extract"
