Then we see that guy who called, I assume, she gets his blood pressure, then asks why he hasn't taken the medicine (not sure what it is for), he says that he's been feeling uneasy (presumably from the hard-on, duh), and then she says that she'll help. And the action begins
So, basically, it's the light-hearted premise of having a special hospital where all your health troubles are resolved with some quality throat-fu...kery. Not sure how that would help with a bone fracture, for example (besides the you-know-which bone), but yeah... Very close to the "Semen Collection Ward", though I'm not sure why she collects the semen here (though it's always a good touch... and at the very least, she's a nurse, right, and that's a medical thing to do)
(I would say that knowing even that much is enough since before I listened to what she says, I thought that they're blackmailing her or something... you know, the usual story of a lot of the deep-throat JAV). Not sure how it gets to the line-up scene; we'll leave it for later
