First and foremost, it's only the internet.

Each time you break a rule a moderator will issue you with one infraction point.
All infraction points expire 30 days after being issued, and are forgotten.
If you manage to receive 3 points in 30 days, your account will automatically be put in suspension for one month.

A suspension involves the following:
- Modification of your user profile is disabled
- Posting is disabled
- Private messaging is disabled

Multiple suspensions are grounds for permanent banning.

Moderators may also issue "warnings". These are just friendly reminders, and do not add any infraction points to your account.

Rules 1, 4, 9, and 20 are special: any violation of these will usually result in a permanent ban, since they cause considerable harm to the community.

Conduct:

 • 1. Do not spam. Spamming is posting anything that is completely irrelevant to the thread or subforum. NB: This is not the same as going off-topic, which is fine.

 • 2. Do not troll, flame, or attack other members. Racist or overly hostile language is not OK.

 • 3. Respect others. Every member is equal. Treat everyone with respect and expect to be treated with respect.

 • 4. No multiple accounts. We will check your IP if we suspect anything and it will usually lead to a permanent ban on an IP or ISP level.

 • 5. Do not discuss or allude to real-life illegal activities. Doing so puts both the members and the forum at risk.
Content:
 • 6. When posting DVD rips or .ISOs, you must include the DVD code(s), enclosed in square brackets, at the very left of the thread title before everything else. Like this: [DVD-12345] It should be exactly as it is on the cover image, capitalization and hyphen included. If the DVD cover image is too small to make out the DVD code, you won't be penalized.

 • 7. Please post intelligent, legible messages. This means post in English to the best of your ability. This includes strange fonts or excessively distracting colours.

 • 8. Keep on-topic. Create threads in the correct section. It is a huge burden on the staff team moving threads members have created in the wrong section.

 • 9. Do not post child pornography. We treat child nudity as pornography.

 • 10. Do not double post. If a title has already been posted on a particular filehost, you may not re-post it on that same filehost. Always search the forum for the DVD code (i.e. "MIDD635" and "MIDD-635") before uploading a DVD rip or .ISO. Encodings of different sizes are exempt from this rule. Videos by Exclusive Uploaders (the guys with the blue usernames) cannot be re-posted at all, unless your encoding is of a different size.
 • adding a new post to an existing thread just to add new file hosters is double posting in the meaning of thread bumping - use the edit button instead.

 • 11. Do not cross-post. Cross-posting is posting the same message in multiple threads or the same thread in multiple subforums.

 • 12. Do not post bestiality. Cartoon/hentai bestiality is OK.

 • 13. Do not post non-Japanese material. No material licensed by or owned by a company outside Japan.

 • 14. For torrent postings, attach the .torrent file(s) to the first post in the thread. Refrain from using external torrent-file hosts.
 • Torrent section is for torrents only, it is not allowed to add direct downlads links to torrent threads / posts as we have a separate section for direct downloads.

 • 15. For new torrent or download threads, always provide a description or image preview.
 • Threads / posts must contain the file size in MB/GB and the file format (AVI, MKV, OGM, RMVB, FLV, MPG, MP4, RAR, ZIP, JPG, BMP, GIF etc.) MENTIONED as well. (File size and format mentioned in screens only does not do it.)
 • If a link / rar-, zip- or other packed file is password protected you need to mention the password publicly in the thread / post. Providing a password by private message or email or by a necessary visit of another site is not allowed.

 • 16. Do not use 'cashlinks', e.g. LinkBucks, URLCash etc. Any posts containing cashlinks will be deleted. [For a list of approved and banned links view this thread: Banned Links and Hosts

 • 17. Do not post referral/affiliate links. This includes in your signature.

 • 18.Do not post anything from the 'do not upload' list. Please see this thread for a list of the material that is disallowed Here

 • 19. Do not disobey the moderators. They are there for the benefit of you and this forum.

 • 20. No phishing. Any attempt to steal passwords will be dealt with severely.

 • 21. No caucasian juniors. Images and videos of western U-15 models, i.e. Candydoll.tv, are forbidden in all areas, including avatars, albums, and profile pictures.

I made the "DO NOT UPLOAD: list" a sticky one so that all rules including the bestiality update are together in one place now - and so that noone can say "did not know..."...

Just a quick question:

I have so many clips files I uploaded in ziddu host that I'd like to share, and yes I get money from files downloaded. Before posting them here, I wanna know whether this will break the rule #12?

Thx

Actually we delete any ziddu links as that site is consodered a 'cashlink' site.

Please do not post them here.

Thanks for asking though!!

Please let me know if rule #5 also prohibit the use of compressed manga containing .txt/.url files directing to sites where the manga was originally uploaded from. Is it also fine if a person have a link in their signatures directed at blogs that they, themselves own? I've seen a few users on here with it and I'm not sure if this was an 'OK' or do these user have special permission. Thank you.

Rule #5: No advertisements! Unless, of course, you're advertising us on another site. But nothing from other sites here.

I have a question concerning Rule #6. I have two roommates and they both have their own accounts on my computer. If they decided that they would like to join this site, would that be a violation of rule 6, where as they would be using the same computer, but a seperate account on the computer. I would like to know so that neither myself or my roommates, should they decide to join, end up accidently violating the rules.

Thank you.

thanks. now i'm afraid to post anything period and i just got here.
That's not really the idea.

The rules are all common sense. They are just written up so that we have something to point to when issuing warnings and infractions.

The overwhelming majority of active members never break the rules, and most of them never read the rules either.

I think I've just seen a torrent posted that nude 13 yr old girls on the cover.
It's freaked me out and I don't want to go back there.
I think it was by "ohorochi..something"
How does that get sorted out?

Farewell my beloved bestiality, no offense but my interest for the videos in the forum just plummeted, now that I've learned that it's been forbidden, come on, old boingu hairy hags submitted to boring sex ? *yawn*, be they japanese or not. I hope the offended are protected now, eh... Not that I expect anyone to care anyway. The pure WTFness is what makes Japan Japan, and that should be respected. Have fun between yourselves.

reg. download links:

as happened sometimes already: download links are DIRECT DOWNLOAD LINKS ONLY, so don´t post a link where you can get a list of download links from a totally different hoster. Threads like this will be deleted on sight as the need to click this additional link on another download file hoster is to be seen as additional cashlinking because you earn money or at least points by that click too.

example:
link list to be downloaded at mediafire
links finally available at hotfile

What if my post contained only an RS Linklist containing the download links (also on RS, of course) for the video posted? Is that allowed? Or do I need to post the download links individually?

Thank you.
