AsiaMoviePass is just stolen content and they went from heavy updates to just apparently re-hashing older titles (check out how they're all just called "DVD" now). Same applies to nearly all other long-running censored JAV paysites run by foreign companies.

CCBill should handle your complaint well. We use them as one of our billers and never had issues.
In the event someone emails CCBill instead of us, CCBill will email us to let us know, but if you don't hear back, they should handle your login issues and give you a refund if you can't get in.
