How to use capcut? Do you use it on the Whisper sub or does it create a sub like Whisper?

I'm sorry bro, i don't understand technically how to use it. The other forum they share subtitle in some variation like whisper and capcut, i just download and edit it and i prefer to capcut.
I found this on the Cat (subtitlecat). I DID NOT CREATE IT, nor have I even reviewed it in any way, so I can't vouch for it. However, I downloaded it and am posting it for you as a way to contribute quickly. (I'm also a big fan of the ROE series) I hope it's enjoyable. Cheers

I recently downloaded a "reduced mosaic" version of this video. Although it isn't my favorite flavor, I had to do it! I used Whisper to create the basis for this Sub but I also found a Sub on SubtitleCat.com that I used to fill in missing dialog and to provide clarity at several places. I also attempted to clean it up a bit and re-interpreted some of the meaningless/ "lewd-less" dialog. Again, I don't understand Japanese so my re-interpretations might not be totally accurate but I try to match what is happening in the scene. Anyway, enjoy and let me know what you think.
