I'm using Apple Intelligence Transcription service on my M4 Mac Mini. It has option to transcribe Japanese language
The app I'm using is called Whisper Mate
The app will separate the audio track first before transcribing. The whole process takes about 4 minutes for a 2-hour JAV. No hallucination as much as I can see. The app can use Whisper model too -- and there are lots of hallucination
May I know are you using the paid or free version? Is the free version enough for subtitling like you did?
The free version allows you to transcribe several movies. 15 - 20 full movies? It does not limit the length of the movie. No feature lock in the free version
