Isn't the solution simple ? Just have duplicates and have them be in both actress folders. I have done it as well with the 25k chinese subtitles I've posted. It gets a bit more complicated when you realize there's so many aliases as well. ex. not everyone will know Lemon Tanaka is actually Karen Kaeda

I'll tell you what I was thinking. My order of business is as follows, I have about 40 actress folders where I've placed particular actresses that I like. There should be no dupes but since there is lots of cross video not everything that I have by say Abe Mikako will be in the Abe Mikako folder. Most will but some may reside in Azusa Ayano or some other. So I had initially planned to upload them as they are on my drives, according to actress but most of my videos are unsorted except by alphabet so anything that starts with an A??-??? will be in the A folder etc. I have a LOT of files in my alphabetical folders so what I may do, based on your point is to carry on with these actress folders and then when I start with the A folder I will include everything from the First batch, the actress batch and the Alphabetical batch so ultimately everything will be contained in the A-Z folders. To try to put dupes of the subs in every folder for every actress in a video is wildly impractical because most videos have at least 4 or 5 actresses so I would have to duplicate the subs in each of their folders, factor in Comp videos and multiply by 25 Thousand or so and now you have a ridiculous number of subtitles to try to coordinate. I think that I'll just carry on with Plan-A and you guys can figure it out. Thanks for the feedback T22...

I wanted to grab the Chinese subtitle for MFYD-001 but it never got made. Time to revisit Whisper. I didn't know about the PRO version until recently. Mei2 is awesome for making it. I wanted to improve my workflow and so I made a Python script for cleaning the Japanese srt. Garbage lines of moaning, laughing, squelching, etc are all deleted. Also repetitive words that occur in a row get replaced. I know the regex pattern list is a bit long and could probably be condensed, I'm still learning!

I also finished coding the Deepseek srt translator using the official API. I included SYS_MSG for both Chinese and Japanese. It will use either one depending on what you input. Use it during discounted off-peak hours for maximum savings. I recommend temperature of 1.2, 1.1, 1.0 or 0.8 in Chinese and temp of 1.0 or 0.8 in Japanese. Higher temperatures lead to more explicit, creative, and longer translations but they also consume more tokens and increases the chances of timecode mismatch and retries. Is the extra arousal worth the extra token cost? You decide the trade-off. As token prices fall and model quality improves, future tools will give you more intensity per dollar, even at lower temps. Batch size of 600 is good. Everytime we use Deepseek API, we attach the SYS_MSG along with the batch so bigger batch size means fewer tokens used. After testing, it turns out adding <eol> to every line does nothing to stop line merges. I made so many changes. This code is more token efficient than my old outdated Fireworks code.

I made MFYD-001 sub with WhisperPRO. I really like this actress. She is downright slutty, gives wet kisses and drools saliva. I also made YUJ-029. I like how sweaty she gets and how affectionate she is with her kisses. I'm exploring the AKDL codes. I see there's a lot of drooling which I like.

This AV was a bit of a pain in the butt to translate.

1. Audio extracted with VLC
   • Getting usable audio was difficult - when extracted the audio was about 15 minutes shorter than the video (maybe because of VBR?) I had to change the audio tempo to match audio and video duration. Then adjust the tempo again to get a slowed down version.
2. Transcribed using WhisperWithVAD_Pro - both correct speed audio and slowed audio.
3. The slowed down audio transcription was adjusted back to the correct timing.
4. Both transcription versions were AI translated using DeepSeek v3 0324.
5. The "best" translation of each line from the two versions was used in the final translation.
6. POV hardsubs snipped from the video and translated using Google Translate.

I don't speak nor read Japanese so there are certain to be lots of mistakes.
It'd be extra-shiny if mistakes could be pointed out or corrected.

Thanks for this Chuckie! Always on the lookout for more JAV Milf titles. RoshyTV has cranked out alot of milf themed films lately, but don't know how good the quality is on the translations. Still love that they put out older JAV Mom-son films as they are gems in the genre. I'm always on the lookout for upcoming titles on the Madonna, Venus, Centervillage and Takara Visual JAV sites that specialize in Milf themes. Keep up the great work!

I wouldn't say that the RoshyTV subs are any better than ones you can create with Whisperor or ones that you can rip from Chinese Subs, but sometimes a different sub can help fill in missing dialog or provide some better clarification for us dummies that don't understand Japanese.

I've gone through every line manually using a combination of Anime-Whisper Demo/ OpenL/purfview faster whisper-xxl
I don't understand japanese i've made a list in notepad with words that whisper might find difficult to transcribe like:

Seishi 精子 sperm
Chinchin ちんちん dick
Peropero ぺろぺろ Lick

Makes it a little easier to just insert the right word if the rest of the sentence is correct.
There are 9 lines i couldn't figure out and whisper had no clue, the timestamps are in the file but left blank.

The following is batch 2 of my marathon subtitle adventure. There are about 2200 srt files and accompanying covers for easier identification. My original plan was to zip them up in folders by actress but that had too many complications so this batch is just a mass of srt files without any order.

One thing that I discovered too late in this process is that I just started using the VAD command in Whisper and sometimes it will yield a very small srt file, 0-8 or so KB. This is because of the sensitivity of the VAD arg. Unfortunately you will find a few of these still present in the zip. I may re-do these in a future batch.

All future batches will be arranged according to their code so the next batch will all be files that start with A??-???. This should help with browsing. I would be interested in some feedback about whether to add the thumbs, as I have in this zip, in future batches. If you guys don't want them please let me know and I will leave them out of future batches.Cheers, Here's the link to Batch 2.

Now a full new pack, instead of ordering them by studio labels, I've ordered them by Actress names. I think it's currently sitting at about 3500 names.

There will be a lot of mistakes in this pack. An actress might be in it twice but just under a different name. I have an idea of how to fix it but I need to learn how to talk to javstash graphql endpoint, I've tried a bunch but I can't figure it out right now.

If you want to know more about what other problems there will be in this pack you can read the workflow below.

1. First I wrote a script that checked every subtitle against the database of R18.dev. I think that script ran for about 15 hours to check over 20k subtitles. The problem here is that actresses that debuted in the last 3 year are only available in the database with their Kanji name in the r18 DB. So I had to translate them through either Javstash or Javgg. There will still be some Kanji names, but it's only actresses with less than 3 subtitles. Was just too much manual work. There were about 600 total.
2. Anything that wasn't found through R18.dev database, there were about 1600 subtitles left from the first script, was then first scraped vs Javguru and secondly Javmost. But now the problem arises that the names can be differently translated (ex. Sato vs Satou, Misuki vs Mizuki, Yuki vs Yuuki) or the names are inverted (Rima Arai vs Arai Rima).
3. To combat the last problem I parsed my full map tree in a couple of AI to ask if it saw any duplicates that have this problem. Deepseek, Chatgpt couldn't deal with it, they just invented duplicate names. Claud.AI context window was too small (about 3000 actress names). Perplexity caught a couple, maybe like 10. Mistral only caught name inversion. But the hero ? Gemini 2.5 pro experimental, caught probably about a 150 duplicates. It even noticed that some actress names were the same but in parentheses it had their alias, and it found that alias as duplicate.

There's still a big problem, which is aliases. 1 actress can have 2 different directories but under a different alias. I know a solution I could fix it, but I need to figure out how to query javstash graphql as they have almost all aliases. Or I need access to another better database. It would also make it easier to search for the actresses cause I could just put a .txt named with all aliases in the maps.

If you find anything big that is incorrect in the pack feel free to send me a DM.

I found some problem with the filenames, i think batch renaming caused the issue. For example, the HMN folder has a lot of HMN-004V2 all the way to HMN-004V21, when in fact you will find HMN-004V2 is really HMN-451, etc.

Thx for reporting! I had caught this specific problem already. It's all done with a script so some things will get through.
This specific problem was because the source files were named like hhd800.com@hmn00451.srt and went through my regex and so got named HMN-004vXX

If I remember correctly, all those HMN-004vXX that are wrongly named ones are duplicates and are also named correctly in the folder, because I also had a file that was named HMN451.FHD.srt

thx for the report, feel free to report more. It's impossible of course to manually check all these.

Marathon subtitle adventure Batch-3. These are all filenames that begin with "A" Because no one has asked me to refrain from adding the cover images I will carry on doing it. A part of me looks at it this way, if you have the file already then you probably have the cover already. If you don't have the file then you don't care about the cover. On the other side of the coin, the covers make it easy to browse through the titles so I'm on the fence about it. The downside is that adding covers greatly increase the filesize, in this case from about 13 Meg to 140 ish Meg. With my pathetic internet, with upload speed of about .5 Mbs, this 140 Meg file took about 40 Minutes with absolutely nothing else demanding bandwith. In any case, I'll carry on including the covers unless someone asks me to stop. Here, then, after much fanfare and completely extraneous dialog, is the darned file: Stay tuned for revised info
