It's good to see that many studios choose to make these farewell VRs but it's also kinda depressing how many girls retire in 2025. I think many of them aren't replaced with equivalent talents.

Yes, it's a shame. Many important actresses are retiring, and the worst thing is that few of the new ones are up to their standard.
And many others, not so well known, do so without warning. At least with some of them we have a farewell VR.

It's a very tough profession, it's inevitable. Many actresses quit when they earn a little money. Only a few make it a profession.

It's disappointing that it only lasts 54 minutes. It's the shortest VR I've ever seen. And there doesn't seem to be a plot, just disconnected scenes.
I'm sorry, but I'm not going to buy it. Arina deserved a premium VR with Genius Knee like the rest, in her farewell.

Yes, they are cutting corners, one of many examples in 2025. I wonder why they are still not increasing prices. For us at least VRs are getting cheaper because the Yen is constantly depreciating in value. I predict a 40-45 minute SAVR title in 2026 at full price.


On a more positive note. Satsuki Mei is now exclusive with Madonna and has her first VR (wasn't she retired for a while?)

Not a fan of Receive's recent work but this one looks solid. Of course Satsuki is beautiful as ever


I still have to get used to the fact that she will now play more mature roles, like in this title she is your boss' wife. Anyways it looks like a fun title to me and Satsuki is an amazing actress.

The movie is OK, it has all the positions and you can explore the girl from all angles. But it also has ZAMPA's incomprehensible things, which seem amateurish.

The camera is a little far away, and the missionary position only lasts three and a half minutes. But the worst thing is the face-to-face cowgirl position. Instead of holding onto the actor's waist or arms to get closer to the camera, she puts one hand behind her and the other holds the actor's hand, so she's never close:

Since I only watch VR, this is the first time I've watched Kawaguchi Sakura. I didn't like Mashiro Sana's previous VR; it had the missionary position cut off at the waist, so I only took a quick look, and I haven't watched any of her other work.

I haven't tried it because my headset doesn't allow it, but from what I've seen, I'm not interested. Seeing my bedroom or living room ruins the fantasy for me. But the real problem is that it's a technology that doesn't allow for immersion.

For the effect to work, for the perspective of the video to match the perspective from which you're looking at your room, the camera has to be fixed, in a sitting or lying position. The only immersive position that allows for that is face-to-face cowgirl. There's no passthrough with missionary, so it's no good for me.

I think the main obstacle is that most people in Japan still use VR on their phones, and that doesn't have passthrough. When the Quest becomes popular, I'm sure SOD will end up doing passthrough.

I'm quite surprised by how people don't differentiate between 2D and VR movies. As VR has become mainstream, its movies are becoming more and more like 2D titles, and that surprises me a lot, because for me it's a different experience.
In 2D movies, you're a passive spectator, a voyeur. You see actors and actresses doing things. In that context, I've watched some movies with f***rced sex, perverted sex... Because I'm a passive spectator, it's not me.
But in VR, I am the protagonist, I am inside a movie. In that context, I can't watch a movie about forced / rought sex, because I could never force a girl or turn her into my pet. It makes me uncomfortable.

Mind you, I'm not criticizing f***rced sex movies, pets, etc. I understand that people clearly distinguish that it's a fantasy, and that's it. But it surprises me because I'm not able to put up a barrier. When I put on a VR headset, my brain is 100% immersed in that world, whether it's a game or porn. Maybe that's why I enjoy both so much, ha ha, because I believe that I'm the one who's there...

One of the most striking things about Genius Knee's latest Premium VRs, is that the actresses play themselves. They are not generic women or porn stars. In MDVR-369, you have a date with Mio Ishikawa, and in MDVR-380, with Nana Yagi, and they tell you how the shoot went, how they feel when people recognize them on the street... It's quite shocking because they're telling you intimate things about their real lifes, sitting next to you or hugging you... They may be making it up, but it's incredibly realistic.

But nothing beats Mitani Akari in MDVR-371. It's the last movie Akari has shot in her eight-year career, and in one of the reviews I read that there is no script. The plot is a metaphor. It's about her breaking up with her boyfriend after an eight-year relationship, and they have one last night of sex. But in reality, she's thinking about her eight-year career the whole time, and how this is her last film. She breaks down in tears several times, and you have to comfort her... WOW. And they're sincere tears, because her hand trembles with emotion as she wipes them away... This is a new level of realism in VR...




It's Akari's most immersive VR by far. She knows it's her last one, so she sticks to you, hugging, kissing, and caressing you nonstop.


There are sex in every position, even doggy style...

The final missionary position is weird, because Akari is so emotional that she cries the whole time... So you are fucking her while she cries over the farewell...


For me, this is a new level of porn. It's realism at its finest, and I think Akari's emotion is sincere because it's her last movie. It makes you feel like you've really been there with her, sharing her last shoot, but also her feelings about it. Absolutely incredible, and the perfect farewell for Akari.

On another note, I find it curious that with so many “girlfriend experiences” in VR, and everyday scenes in bed, we almost never see actresses in pajamas. That's why this scene with Kaho Hanamori caught my attention. She looks adorable in her kitten pajamas:







We want to see more girls with pajamas, directors...

I don't understand why Idea Pocket let Kaho Hanamori slip away. She has the level of an exclusive actress for me.

The movie is SAVR-870, by the way. The director must have hit his head before shooting, or he was drunk, because he came up with an immersive movie without clothes, and there's even a face-to-face missionary position. An anomaly in SAVR. Recommended.

Two great news in terms of mini comebacks to JAV VR

1) Azusa Hikari is now with Attackers as it seems (before she was exclusive with Idea Pocket).

How did this turn out for you? I'm conflicted about emotional releases. If it is a genuine emotion - which I guess it's the case here - it might be fine to me between or after sex scenes but I don't know about when they cry within the sex scene?
