Sorry if this is a dumb questions, I logged on to dmm.co.jp and bought points to purchase a VR title for the first time since R18.com no longer allows me to buy anything (credit card based in US/China, etc). I see that I purchased the title but now I have no idea how to play it. If I go to dmm.co.jp on the oculus quest, it simply says the page is not available in my country...did I just waste money? Man this is frustrating.
The points don't work anymore in R18.com, but you can use the points you have.
They are having problems, I am from Europe and my credit card doesn't work now, even if it worked some weeks ago...

Like you mention, it's likely the same issue with both R18 and DMM, I wasn't able to purchase on R18 so I jumped to DMM thinking that would be ok (I know a basic amount of Japanese to easily go through the purchase) and thought I'd be able to just click on my library and start up the movie like in r18, nope, no such luck, sent me to a "this page doesn't exist in your country" page...
In all honesty, I wonder if websites like DMM/r18 make enough revenue from just the Japanese market to ignore the rest of the world, that is the scary presumption I am coming to terms with...no more JAV outside Japan...worse still, foreigners aren't even allowed to travel to japan due to COVID travel restrictions
At DMM they don't let you do many things if you are not Japanese, that's why they opened R18.
Try using a VPN and set it as a Japanese IP, it works for many people.
My impression is what you say, that they don't make much money outside of Japan and they don't care about the western market.

Here's some of what i've been enjoying recently
This one maybe a bit niche, WAVR-234 starring Maeno Nana.
From a very under represented genre in VR, Irrumatio. I was very excited about this scene, as i was a fan of Nana in many of her 2d scenes, and i wasn't disappointed here. They really thought through how to best showcase this type of action in VR. As a result some angles and positions i have not seen before, like in the picture her getting gagged while in doggy, and two screens in frame always showing additional POV. This was the second scene from this series, first one being WAVR-196 with Ichijou Mio released almost a year before. I hope they will shoot more content of this kind, because it's very well done.
URVRSP-174 with Non Ohana
Again, a pretty new girl with only a couple VR scenes under her belt. But with a body like this and fantastic performances I'm sure i will see more in the future.
Really solid production with two sex scenes, great outfits and some good teasing that focuses mainly on her best 'assets' Easy recommend

WAVR-234 is not my type of sex, but it is important to support new types of genres in VR. I have watched one scene and it has new camera angles, and it is very hot if you like this type of sex.

Do we know if the director that left 3DSVR is working already for another studio? I wouldn't be surprised if it was Unfinished, because i agree they were doing a great job recently.

She looks good. I'm pretty forgiving with lackluster sex... With JAV I sometimes like the other sections more. Yes, JAV VR needs more beautiful MILFs. JAV have stunning matures with natural bodies, and JAV VR should take advantage of it. In western porn most of the matures have ugly fake tits and the face full of botox and tons of makeup.

I can give a bunch of recommendations just from last week.
As mentioned before, Unlimited doesn't disappoint. URVRSP-180 features lovely Amiri Saitou, a pretty new face to JAV already performing like a pro.
First sex scene starts with a schoolgirl outfit, second features a maid outfit- this one stays on for most of the scene. I don't mind, especially because of the black stockings which i always love to see.
URVRSP-172 with a stellar cast of Yuuki Nono and Mio Megu, a fantastic threesome with some very good, intimate angles.
This one I was very much looking forward to, because it features one of my favorite new performers, debuting in VR
AQUBE-004 with Suzune Kyouka (Suzune Anatsu)
I was a little bit cautious with this one, as it's a new studio, and i didn't know how well it's going to be shot. And to be fair, they still have some fine tuning to do - visual quality was not perfect, and camera didn't try any unusual angles, but they were solid. Most importantly for me, the missionary angle was included, so I was happy. Most importantly though Suzune's performance was great, and made up for all of the other shortcomings. I do hope she will do more VR though
And I'm not done yet. Lots of new faces this week, this one is a strong comeback from Soft On Demand
3DSVR-1148 with Kurumi Sakura. Very cute girl, catgirl theme, some very nice angles and great action.
I could go on, but the post is pretty long already. There is so much good content recently i can hardly keep up, but that's a good problem to have
