GMEM-148 Kitahara An (Gotou Miki) (Tachibana Shizune) (Tanimura Arisa)

Damn this broke my heart. In the beginning there's 5 solid minutes of high quality irama, enhanced with violation, but it ends, and the majority of the movie is a genre that I don't care for much.

3 minutes of some deep throating near the end. But I can't delete the download. I'll keep it around for that 5 minutes.

Bright side is Kitahara An (Gotou Miki) (Tachibana Shizune) (Tanimura Arisa) is less likely to burn out too fast on her speed run by giving herself a break.

And yeah Discostu33, I agree she definitely exudes elegance and class, and it's joyous.

She is so pretty it’s crazy. A different kind of pretty to Camilla flower, Yu Shinoda etc Like I would NEVRR see her doing the wildest of content if I saw her on the street. She has that middle class corporate management look to a T. Of course there are some slutty corpos, but they’d keep it private due to image reasons etc.

MISM-435, the nose scene, I haven’t seen that finishing position before, I think the set up means it flows back down and she has little choice but to expel it to fabulous effect. I’m also grateful that it happens to be the guy with the longest dong who was definitely not shy to bury it all the way down her throat.
Is it me that’s kiiiinda disappointed with the scene, we rarely got a controlled throat fuck of Emmma, but it was chaotic, dudes didn’t get to keep their dick in her mouth for minutes like she did in other MISM Scenes. Screaming, wrangling around , she wasn’t a static Fleshlight like she’s known for. Still great but I expected a masterpiece

Also wanna add. I may need to change my theory that it’s directors that stop black actors going rough, because Emma managed to allow one white actor do a throat bulge , where she got throat fucked upside down , and the dude put his whole pipe down which caused the neck bulge. When the black guy who went next, tried to but failed either due to Emma’s gag reflex or throat closing up when he tried to, it clearly wasn’t the director as the director told the actor to keep going and shouted “ put it all the way down!”. They had a term for the neck bulge I believe they called it “ poco”.

I was hoping for that “poco” as well (let’s assume that’s throat bulge until someone else equipped enough correct us on that), there was full insertion at some point, begging for some thumping, but he just withdrew pretty quickly. It could be something physical going on. I also agree with the point about chaotic, it might have to do with them trying to potray Emma’s shock/bewilderment, let’s hope this is a starter and we’ll get to a point where they mix in minutes long “sessions”.

My theory is they choose one lucky guy ahead of time to be the one that does "poco" the longest, and with the most intensity, which as you observed was the white dude.

It's part of their management system which strives for:

Accommodate potential safety issues with the actress

OR

Accommodate the agreements in the contract. Perhaps her price was too high to have 4 dudes utilizing maximum poco, or perhaps it's not even a price issue. Perhaps she has a manager negotiating these important issues on her behalf, and that's the agreement they arrived at, for her safety and wellbeing.

Part of the clue on how well negotiated on Ema's behalf this film seems to be is the glaringly obvious fake thick cum, after a dude obviously pretends to bust in her mouth. Right before he pretends to bust a nut in her mouth, the camera suddenly shifts towards someone playing with her pussy or something, while someone off screen quickly pours fake thick cum in her mouth.

Don't get me wrong, I'm super spoiled by the standards set by Ema. My complaints are completely based on the high standards she has set. Compared to the average overall, then this film is absolutely excellent, and I need to shut the fuck up.

Strictly comparing this film to her past films, then it's probably not her best in terms of pushing her cardio limits, or genuine attempts at throat ejaculation.

I hate to burst people's bubbles, but even the ball snot hanging out of her nose isn't as impressive as one might think it is.

If you don't want me to ruin your fantasy, then stop reading because I'm about to.

The ball snot hanging outside of her nose didn't happen organically. She blew her nose. It's still awesome as hell compared to the average. But compared to her past work and compared to times in which a dude genuinely busted so hard, that it erupted through a girl's nostrils, as we witness the agony in her expression from the misery of her sinus cavity dealing with the abuse.

Still awesome but

I could be wrong about a specific observation. Is it me, or can Ema withstand fast intensity irama more frequently in general compared to Kitahara An (Gotou Miki) (Tachibana Shizune) (Tanimura Arisa)?

They both can withstand it, but it seems that Ema engages in fast intensity more often. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm hoping and praying Ema opened the floodgates for more of these.

EDIT: It seems to me that the studio is so damn grateful that an actress is willing to do an interracial film, that they are willing to negotiate to terms that favor the actress, and don't favor degenerates like myself.

I think it's boko, from 凹 (ボコ), though I'm still not sure why they use 凹 (it's literally "concave", and the character clearly shows it) instead of 凸 (deko, デコ, "convex")

Anyway, I wanted to clarify: are you discussing MISM-435? Judging by the cover, it only has black dudes in it

AI (Grok) seems to explain it well, though, again, we should always take AI output with a grain of salt

In JAV (and related adult content), "喉ボコ" (nodo boko) or simply "ボコ" (boko) is the standard slang term for the visible throat bulge that happens during deep irrumatio (throat-fucking). It's extremely common in titles, tags, and fan discussions.

Why "ボコ" (concave/hollow) instead of "デコ" (convex/protruding)?

Your confusion is totally understandable—logically, a bulge is a convex protrusion (凸 = deko), so you'd expect "喉デコ" or something with 凸. But Japanese slang here doesn't follow strict kanji logic for shape. Instead, it comes from how the bulge is perceived and described in the scene:
  • From the outside (the viewer's/camera angle), yes, the throat visibly bulges outward (convex).
  • But the term "ボコ" draws from (boko/boko), which means concave, dented, hollow, or a depression/pit. The idea is that the penis is pushing in so deeply and forcefully that it creates a visible "dent" or "hollow" effect on the neck from the inside — like it's caving the throat wall inward (even though the skin stretches outward).
It's more about the action and the forceful intrusion than pure geometry. The cock is "boko-ing" (poking/hollowing out) the throat, and the resulting lump is the evidence of that. Japanese onomatopoeia and slang often prioritize the sensation or motion over literal shape.
This is similar to how "deko boko" (デコボコ) as a compound means "bumpy/uneven/lumpy surface" (mix of convex + concave), but in this specific fetish context, the community settled on "boko" alone for the throat effect. It's not a formal dictionary term—it's pure JAV/fetish slang that evolved in forums, tags, and video descriptions.
It's one of those quirks where the slang stuck because it sounds punchy and matches the aggressive "poking/hollowing" vibe of the act, even if the visual is technically a protrusion. If it were "deko," it might feel too neutral or head-related (like "deko" for forehead bump).
So yeah, you're right on the kanji meanings, but JAV slang took the "intrusion creating a hollow" route instead. Classic case of fetish terminology going its own way!

I agree for her standard, it was underwhelming. I still have Anav-007 Ai Kiyama’s masterpiece far above this work for pure throat destruction. Kiyama’s ability to hold her breath for far longer is also more impressive. She will literally be still (without the need to scream and wriggle around like Emma) and be facefucked for hours on end.

Yeah, there's a white guy in it also who's not on the cover.

I think we need to take a moment to talk seriously about DDFF-049 Iramachio Guinea Pig Tachibana Shizune.

At what point do things go too far? Does someone have to die on set? Because I believe we are heading in that direction. And if not, we have already seen AV actresses commit suicide, and no doubt scenes like this will help.

I am referring to the scenes where the young woman is being injected with liquid directly into her throat using a catheter… I can’t believe we’ve reached the point where I’m writing that. Perhaps it is fake, maybe I am naive to believe everything I see, but let’s just suppose for a moment that it’s real, or even partly real. There is no way that could possibly be safe, I don’t care how many medical professionals are on set.

I am going to pre-empt the argument that she is enjoying it. She is being tortured, let’s be honest. I have to wonder if there reaches a point where ‘enjoying’ something so dangerous and excruciating can only happen to someone who has lost their mental agency, and perhaps the ability to consent. It has reached a point where we are watching people being tortured, snuff films, let’s be honest here.

I’m not writing this to lecture; although I do believe, as consumers, we do have a passive ethical culpability in what’s happening here, and what’s happening to ourselves from gaining pleasure from this. But I am writing mostly to figure out… does anyone feel the same as me.

I think it’s time for me to detox…

I understand the concern—safety absolutely matters. But we should be careful not to turn emotionally compelling claims into conclusions without evidence.

1) There’s no reliable dataset

There’s no official tracking of suicide rates among JAV performers.
So claims of a “pattern” are not statistical—they’re based on forum lists, anecdotes, and repetition.

If this were widespread, we’d expect:

  • consistent Japanese media coverage
  • agency statements
  • multiple independent confirmations

That simply isn’t there.

2) These lists mix unrelated categories

A major flaw is category mixing, which inflates the perception of a trend.

Names often include:

  • JAV actresses
  • gravure idols
  • AV-adjacent talent
  • sometimes completely unrelated entertainers

Example:

  • Nozomi Momoi
    • Frequently cited
    • Reality: murder victim, not suicide

This alone undermines the credibility of these lists.

3) Causes of death are misclassified

Some names labeled as “suicide” were never confirmed—or explicitly ruled out.

Example:

  • Hotaru Akane
    • Often rumored as suicide
    • Reality: suicide ruled out

That’s not a minor error—it fundamentally distorts the narrative.

4) Rumors get recycled until they appear factual

This is a classic echo chamber:

  • A name appears on one forum
  • Gets copied elsewhere
  • Reposted without sources
  • Eventually treated as “known fact”

But there’s still no primary verification.

5) Even real cases don’t prove causation

Even if a few cases are real, that doesn’t prove:

“the industry caused it”

Suicide is multi-factorial:

  • mental health
  • personal life
  • finances
  • relationships

Reducing it to one cause is an oversimplification.

6) Population comparison (what the data would need to show)

To claim JAV is “dangerous,” you’d need to show:

Suicide rate among JAV performers > general population baseline

But we don’t have that.

For context:

  • Japan’s general suicide rate is roughly ~12–18 per 100,000 people annually (varies by year)

To prove a real issue, you’d need:

  • total JAV population (denominator)
  • verified deaths (numerator)

Neither exists in credible form

So any comparison being implied is mathematically unsupported.

7) Compare to industries with documented patterns

If we look at an industry where the issue is documented:

  • South Korean entertainment (K-pop / acting)
    • Multiple confirmed cases
    • Consistent reporting
    • Known contributing factors (public pressure, cyberbullying, agency control)

Even there, when adjusted for population:

  • It’s still debated whether rates exceed the general population
  • But at least there is real data to analyze

By contrast, JAV:

  • no centralized data
  • no consistent verification
  • mostly forum-driven claims

8) Perspective: risk exists in many voluntary activities

We should also be careful about how we interpret risk vs. agency.

Top 5 Most Dangerous Recreational Activities (by fatality rate)

  1. Annapurna I – ~31.9%
  2. Nanga Parbat – ~20.3%
  3. K2 – ~12%
  4. BASE jumping – ~1 in 60 lifetime risk
  5. Mount Everest – ~1–4%

By that logic, one could argue participants have “lost agency” and require intervention to prevent “exotic suicide.”

But we don’t—because:
Risk ≠ coercion
Agency still exists

9) Incentives matter

Industries generally evolve toward self-preservation.

  • Harm, scandal, death → bad for business
  • A system built on coercion would be unstable long-term
  • Not everyone is complicit—patterns would surface clearly

That doesn’t mean abuse never happens—only that it’s unlikely to be the core model.

Final point (brevity incarnate)

  • These lists mix categories, misclassify deaths, and recycle rumors
  • There is no statistical evidence vs. population baseline
  • A few tragic cases ≠ systemic pattern

Concern is valid.
But the conclusion—that JAV has a significant suicide problem driven by the industry—is not supported by reliable evidence.

And at the same time:
People should remain vigilant about coercion, abuse, and consent in any industry.

The catherer play is shocking, and definitely not for everyone, but i doubt it's actually as dangerous as you describe. Uncomfortable for sure, probably painful but that's kind of the point. Remember though, there is a lot behind the scenes we don't see- I'm sure everyone involved is fully aware of what's happening. With amateur production i would be more worried, but Dogma is a big studio, i would be surprised if they would do the kind of extreme acts they are known for without taking precautions

Made an account because I needed to rant about MISM-435...

One of the black guys was terribly out of shape. The white guy had a tiny dick too. At that point, it would genuinely have been an improvement to let Yusuke handle the entire scene by himself.

Also, terrible camera angles that mostly showed us hairy man-ass from behind. There was minimal usage of side-view angles to showcase the throat bulge, and none at all when it was time for the throatpie.

Emma has such great throat skills, but I feel she's constantly underutilised and mismanaged by scenes like this that simply aren't directed well. She has so much throat filmography, but few of her movies have risen above her debut in MISM-325 (CKCK-011 was a strong contender though).

Sidenote: too much vaginal sex (but to be fair, anything that isn't 100% throat isn't ideal for me)

This is actually a really good point. The JAV industry is aware that a lot of the audience has sadistic fantasies. Actresses are painfully aware of this. I wouldn't be surprised if the actress is using her acting ability to exaggerate any pain/discomfort she's feeling. In fact, I'd bet on it.

The last thing studios want is their stars burning out or worse. They'll utilize all kinds of sleight of hand to give the audience their fix yet mitigating any potential harm to their stars.

I think when girls do these aggressive scenes they plan on leaving after. Like kick it up to 1000 then bounce, for example the lovely and great Ayaka mochiziuki started off sensual then did a last few year stretch of going crazy then rode into the sunset. I can see the same for tachibane. Her looks are also enough to find a rich banker husband

That's a good point. However, there's a stark difference in career filmographies between Ayaka Mochizuki and Kitahara An (Gotou Miki) (Tachibana Shizune) (Tanimura Arisa)

Her filmography is pretty tiny, and her overall irrumatio ratio is insanely high.

According to javtrailers, she only has 9 films total.

According to Javlibrary she has 38 total

Just to make it clear, Mochizuki has 36 pages worth of listed films. Kitahara An has 2 pages of films.

Let that sink in for a minute.

Mochizuki's first film was in 2019.

Kitahara An's first film was 2014

Kitahara An's first genuine irrumatio film was MISM-269 released May 2023

Here's my theory:

From 2014 to 2023, Kitahara An had a reliable sugar daddy, that allowed her to do a JAV film once in a while. 2023, that relationship ended, and now Kitahara An is trying to make up for lost time.

Ayaka Mochizuki on the other hand prioritized her career and finances, and kicked it up a notch near the end, knowing that she had rich man that's about to marry her.

My theory is based on a western porn star who I thought was too beautiful for porn, and who disappeared from porn for years, and then suddenly came back to porn on the onset of the pandemic.

My theory was that the pandemic either ended her relationship with a sugar daddy or ruined her business or income source. Too much of a coincidence that a girl who looked too beautiful for porn, and has left porn years ago, suddenly ends up back in porn when the pandemic started peaking.

The rationale behind my theory is that girls who are well taken care of, are too lazy to work hard, or their man limits the amount of porn they can do or even makes them quit cold turkey like my theory about the western porn star.

Completely agree. This reminds me
Of another throat goat, but in the west, Eliza Ibarra, who also left the game after giving us many throat classics and great scenes in general to be high client escort. Her prices are at 5-10k now, which is the demand she’s getting and on IG she’s always in a new country every few weeks being spoiled with gifts , outings etc. ah to be rich
