Consolidation complete. 14.4 TB already and my capacity is 20TB.

I have a big problem right now... My 16 TB hard disk has only 200 GB of space left... I'll fill it up in a few weeks, and a new one costs about 300 euros... Too much money...

My dilemma is to delete old content, or buy a smaller hard drive. But I have already deleted several times and what I have I really want to keep, and I don't want to buy small hard disks either because they accumulate... I have 5 hard disk now... So I don't know what to do...

Amazing, haha. Always enjoy seeing how others approach this hobby. Yes, certainly I'm pickier than most it seems. I'm looking forward to fostering a more intimate digital connection with some of my favourite actresses - something sorely missing from my long stint in 2D.

How is your odyssey to buy a headset going? Do you still have a long wait? We are looking forward to you enjoying VR and sharing your experiences!!!!

On a side note, getting very fed up with Nagi Hikaru. Her AV covers are always enticing and I love the way she looks, but her performances are frustratingly lacklustre; leaves much to be desired, personally. Much prefer Mei Washio - both boob-focused actresses, but at least the latter can actually emote...

That happens often, and in VR it is much more noticeable. For example, I like Emma Futaba and Kanade Kanon very much physically, but their acting is quite bad and passive in VR...

I really miss an 8K VR with Mei Washio, it's been a long time since S1 shot one with her, and the last ones haven't been very good. Her body is awesome when she's inches away from you, and she has a beautiful smile. She is also very passionate.

Yume Nishimiya's IPVR-262 is the first IP release in my collection. Have wanted to engage with IP's releases for the longest while, but something was always amiss. Momo Sakura is great, but not super attracted to her... the rest of the roster are pretty much interchangeable, not to be disrespectful; Momonogi Kana is absent from this medium, annoyingly.

Didn't pay attention to Nishimiya in 2D, but in 3D she looks perfect.

She is awesome, so beauitful and perfect body. The problem with IPVR-262 (for me) is that it doesn't have a face-to-face missionary, so I prefer previous titles that do.

Still a while to wait - would like to finish furnishing my room before indulging in a nice luxury like VR. In the meanwhile, 2D will suffice I guess... by July, I'll be done with room purchases.

There are still things I want from standalone VR that currently aren't available (longer battery life, higher resolution panels, lighter - all things incongruent with current technology). Would hate to spend on the Quest 3 if the Quest 4 will greatly outperform it in all aspects; standing in my own way of having fun, you see.

8K would be splendid. If she doesn't up and retire anytime soon it should be a real possibility in the near future (fingers crossed). One of the best at S1 in my view, appearance and demeanour wise at the very least.

Err... no Nagi Hikaru in my library. 1 Washio Mei but she's 1 of 4 S1 girls in SIVR-061. This vid is a candidate for deletion. No Rion at all.

Lol always the dilemma of men of culture. So much porn...so little storage/bandwidth... Its a good problem to have.

Technically, I can go beyond 20TB but the NAS gives me a certain amount of protection from disk failure and data corruption.

My total hard drive space is actually 32TB. 10 + 10 + 6 + 6. The NAS gives me 20TB with a fail tolerance of 1 drive.

Haha, of the Idea Pocket girls who do VR, Nishimiya Yume is actually the least liked one for me. But Idea Pocket do have quality girls so...er...yeah... she's on the first page of girls with the most scenes in my collection.

Very interesting... Yumi Shion, Misono Mizuhara, Himesaki Hana, Ranran are the main busty actresses I have - plus a few one-off actresses. Most have smaller busts it seems. If larger bust actresses didn't rely so heavily on their assets in place of good performances, maybe I'd have more...

But hey, that's just me. We all have our own tastes. You watch what you like.

If you and Walle haven't already; do you guys keep a notepad/excel document of all your releases in case something were to happen to your hard drives? Unless there's another way of keeping record of your collection unbeknownst to me, it has utility.

No particular need, I am using both JavLuv (that is being developed by some other forumer here) and XBVR. I have their databases exported so I know what titles I have.

I'm actually more of a paipan fan. I didn't like thick bushes in 2D. But in VR, somehow they seem less dense. Plus you tend to focus on face and breasts in VR and the bush is less visible unless you just really want to keep glancing downwards during face-to-face.

And even when you do, this is what you see. This is Kanon Urara btw.

Yeah, the limited (realistic) FOV of VR was apparent when viewing on a 360 flat player. Thick bushes are few and far between anyhow, and the mosaic kinda spoils that fetish. No matter.

Try them out. I use JavLuv to help me auto-sort and rename the files I download in separate sub folders in my VR folder cos I'm lazy to do even that myself. Than I let XBVR scan through the same main VR folder to build the library Heresphere on my headset.

Once you have a large library, you're going to have use some automation cos doing stuff manually is tedious. But if you're going to automate, you have to start early as well else it will also be tedious later.

I have now around 30TB of storage, and i periodically curate my collection so that I don't run out of space. I'm downloading a lot of scenes, but keep only the ones i really like. If the camera quality is poor- out. Non-con or other fetish i don't like- out. I'm not sure if i like the model- out. I also usually keep only the parts with actual intercourse, which saves a lot of space.

Most recent MDVR-268 with Shiki Shirato was fantastic. Ton of action, great intimacy, good angles. And the girl is just amazing

I'm also really looking forward to MDVR-259 with Nozomi Ishihara. Her last scene was an instant classic, and the trailer looks promising
BTW I'm always amused by the nonsense english phrases they like to put on the covers sometimes - "A woman who is addicted to the highest image quality" sure, whatever that means

Fantastic! Looking forward to this release - will be my first from her. She's great in 2D, but the guys spoil it. This is super.

Moodyz coming back into the fray is reassuring. Hope to see a Jinguuji Nao release this year... giving up on Suzu Honjo and Momonogi Kana - they exist in 2D only it seems.

I don't know what happened to Jinguiji Nao. She's still active. There are a handful of VR titles with her in it but than she stopped. Likewise with Honjo Suzu. I would like to see more Ogura Yuna and Tadai Mahiro as both also seem so to have stopped doing VR. That's a shame cos their title together was epic.

This was so fun to watch, especially the first 2 clips where they were just playing around in yukatas.

Momonogi Kana did shoot quite a fair amount of VR titles actually. In fact, the first 3 IPVR titles were all her. But yeah, she seems to have stopped too. Her last VR is 2022 so I'm not having any hope there will be more. Even so, she has 14 titles to her credit which is more than many other girls. OK, the first 3 are really low quality cos they were early in the VR scene and you might want to watch and retain them only out of historical interest. But the rest of them are quite decent to watch if you like her.

Moodyz usually makes good quality titles, shame their output is so low. And that some of their best exclusive girls have stopped making VR altogether.

Yagi Nana...come back to VR....please?

I do notice the audio quality and mic work isn't great in some of their videos though. They don't know how to filter out background noise sometimes and that can be somewhat annoying especially if you plugged in earphones for privacy.

My main reason for ignoring most studio's older titles (I'd say pre 2021?). Tinny audio; when the actress would laugh or moan it would burst my eardrums. Jinguuji Nao and Eimi Fukada's co-title at Honnaka was no exception. Such a shame - I'd be able to look past the visual quality if the audio was tolerable.
