What software do you use to catalog your Hentai?

Some of you may have faced this problem. We usually store the files in their original Japanese names; which doesn't mean anything to those of us who can't read Japanese. Then one day when you wish to rewatch that awesome scene again, you can't find the file that the scene is in!

So I'm wondering if anyone of you use software to do this job. Perhaps something that you import files into, then you can tag screenshots and a storyline (some Sub groups kindly provide a synopsis for the particular video in question). What do you guys use?
