Its like I've pointed out before in other threads. For some weird reason, the asshole is not considered as a 'genital'. And since there's no actual penis in the scene and her coochie is taped over, it doesn't technically violate the obscenity law.

Then why is it censored in 99% of JAVs?

I guess I should clarify, I spliced together 2 separate releases in that gif (indicated in the bottom left corner), of the same scene. ELV-010 (no mosaic) and EVIS-160 (with mosaic). Why does EVIS-160 need to be censored but not ELV-010? Both are sold on DMM.

simple answer, is because both male and female has an asshole.
