problem with double account

i have a problem with double account, iv forgotten my password for my previous account Dx2 and no matter how many times i attempt to reclaim my password, it never gets sent, i was wondering if you could cancel that email account so i can change the one im currently using to that one while keeping my current data...

also, are there particular rules about the contents of signatures and avatars? ie. linking particular words to 18+ pictures?
