There's no gossip (but I must say I haven't been following JAV gossips closely except sometimes reading this forum) about Aimi Yoshikawa, so I can only speculate base on her JAV releases.
Aimi had not enjoyed high prestige/ranking/exposure for over a year now. But last few months, her releases have slowed down even more. Even HUNTA, AP don't give her as many (uncredited) jobs as before. She's almost completely disappeared and what's even more scary is that (unless I missed it) even Playno1 has not bothered (rather, has stopped bothering) to mention or inquire about her. It seems even her fans (like myself) have difficulty keeping up interest.
Just as I was afraid she is written off... Recently she seems to have a mini-revival. There's SDMU-790 and XRW-422, both are solo-works. And she had not had a solo-work (box cover with her name in big font) for a long time. Also she keeps making VR vids, so she has never stopped working. Too bad I still can't fire up enough interest to get a VR title, Aimi's body type is about perfect for VR tech. Anyway conclusion is Aimi never went away, but she went under my (and maybe your) radar screen for a while now.

Not sure if Moodyz is actually bigger than S1. But Maxing is definately a relatively young studio.
In anycase, it remains to be seen if this is a one time laspe for Moodyz. But I definately do not wish resorting to DMM digital for my FHD AV collection.
