VR is nice but the Japanese VR Movies are all low quality

I have downloaded every Jav VR i coult find but not a single file is over 3 gb mostly are 1~1.5gb each

Porn from west i have files that are over 10 gb each

If someone uses a Gear VR, do you watch VR movie with another player ? Because when I put my phone into the Gear VR, it directly opens the Oculus app.

Samsung's own "Samsung VR" player works fine, it should be in the Oculus store somewhere. If you want more options check out www.deovr.com and follow the install guide (bit more hassle to install but good player). Check out some trailers from CzechVR to see the current best picture quality vr-porn, it's quite a difference compared to the JAV vids.

Yes that's normal, that's just the state of VR right now, we have magnifying lenses in front of the screen, it should get better in gen2. Scenes where the actress is very close are the best because of this.

Oh yes I forgot to install it, thank you, I was able to play files. There were several things that needed to be installed and I thought that the player was included for videos. I tried quickly CRVR-006 and I wonder if it's normal that I see pixels (also on the VR app, not only into the video). Maybe my S6 Edge Plus screen's brightness is too low (I keep it at 20% because it's fucking bright lol. The changement from an iPhone 4 to a S6 Edge Plus, wow) I will try a Czech VR trailer but even if it was pixelised, when Yuuna was getting closer to kiss the guy, I really thought she was kissing me. Plus you have a good view of the actress height, body, and Yuuna's ass

For the Samsung VR you should really give Deo VR player a try. I tried a lot of players from the store and this one works best for me because I don’t want a zillion options I just want to select a movie and play it. Deo VR is not in the Oculus store, so you have to download it directly from their site. It is a little bit of a hassle to install it but it is worth the trouble. Once installed you start it up and put your phone in the Samsung VR and you can use the buttons on the side of the Samsung VR to select the location of your movies and to tilt and zoom when you’re watching. The only thing I don’t like is that after you selected the location of you movies it shows the movies in a list and not with thumbs.

Yes that's normal, nothing wrong with your Gear, when you look at something further away it takes up less pixels so you lose detail. When a girl's face is really close (or anything for that matter) it takes almost the entire screen of pixels to display it so it looks much better.

In the store, the quality is like a VHS. I tried CzechVR trailers and it's indeed better (I saw ugly fake boobs in front of me though lol. But when a girl was showing her pussy on my face, the quality was really fine). In another test, I watched Shuri Atomi and Ai Mukai. When Ai comes and kiss "you", no pixel at all when you look at her eye.

Whoa that is a big difference to my oculus rift i must say there is nothing like that
i belive each eye has 1080×1200 in oculus

"safer to show your family" hahaha yes that might cause some funny faces. But unfortunately tumbs of porn movies show up in my Galary. I still have to figure out how to prevent that.
Anyway, doesn't matter what player you use, the image quality stays the same. As you said the quality of the source makes a difference but the bottleneck is the dpi of your mobile screen. The grid you are talking about is the pixalation you see because you are looking at a blown up picture. We have to wait for mobile screens with higer dpi. Maybe 4k screen will make the difference.
