Really?

allgravure.com/The owners and operators of this website are not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R. 75.1(c)(2)) of any of the visual content contained in this website. However, in recognizing the critical importance of preventing minors from appearing on the allgravure.com website, allgravure.com does not rely solely on the 18 U.S.C. 2257 representations of others, and therefore may have copies of records of the ages of those persons portrayed in any sexually explicit materials on this site.
I guess they don't try that hard

That might be how the media portrays payment gateways such as Paypal, and to an extent, you'd be right - But there are laws to obide by, and trust me when I say that adult sites (doesn't have to be pornographic, just adult) are heavily scrutinized. If you want to create a website that accepts VISA or MASTERCARDs etc, you have to go through quite a lot of loops and sign a number of documents. It's not as easy as installing a plugin on your website and clicking 'install'. It's even harder for adult sites.

And yes, AllGravure would be considered an adult site by nearly all global payment processors. You can't use Paypal or 2Checkout with a site like this, they won't go anywhere near it.

There is a shit load of web site reselling Japanese stuff that are not license at all, and they have payment processors.
If no one reports them the payment processors don't know what they are doing.

And imouto.tv does everything so people outside of Japan can't see there pictures.

Baby_Princess call me greedy. but he deviate the real issue here. CK told me that i didn't report others. but what to report? and who else doing the same thing as Baby_Princess.

here's a comparison on how this Allgravure.com removed the watermarks of the original source (this image set is originally released by 4K-STAR.jp) . THEY CUT IT. so where's the reseller rights you guys are talking about. there's NONE.

here's Baby_Princess post,

I don't want to get into the middle of this. But I'll just say this. Changing the logo without rights is pretty rotten if they are in fact being sold as originals.
But what really worries me is if 4K-STAR catches wind of this. It's the kind of thing that could cause major problems around here. I don't know what deals were made, nor do I care about any of this. What I do care about is the safety of our forums. If these are fakes (and they seem to be) Then this conversation is not about sharing. All I can say to those hosting the images is, Please be careful to not bring our fortress down.

First of all, I'm Korean and my English is not good. Second, I hope I will not offend anybody because I will not talk about nobody here. I just want to say I never liked that ripoff AllGravure. I was a member of Sabra, Image.tv, BOMB and WBGC before I quit due to job matters/schedules and I'm always irritated to see some people put watermark on contents not belong to them. You know, like seeing WBGC stuff in AllGravure site with "custom" title (Aki Hoshino - I Can't Spell Schwarzenegger) and "custom" logo. My real life job is photographer and I'd be really pissed -like, super pissed- if someone or some people put their own watermark on my works and claim them as their own, even worse put a price on them and sell them as if those ripoffs really made all those stuff themselves. I'm fine with people retouching a magazine scan or some photos to make wallpapers or just to dig and explore their own creativity, be crazy or whatever, so long they don't claim it as their original content or sell it. But watermarking other people's works or cropping them to remove the copyright/label/signature part of those works is really, really low. Like, super, super low. If I were still a member of those Japanese sites, I'd be more than happy to report that scam. Unfortunately I don't know if they would listen to non-customer or ex-customer like me, especially since I'm Korean and not Japanese.

Just an advice, if you like those Japanese sites' works I strongly recommend you support them with your wallet. Don't support scams like AllGravure.

My wife models and she does not really care if some of her pictures are shared online. She does care if someone sells them. A few of her pictures being spread around is like free publicity. Then people will try to find out how to get the originals. Watermarking and reselling stolen material is just wrong! Things like this very well could hurt the site.

Usually we search for her pics every once and awhile. She just doesn't like the sites that watermark them. Oh, and the guy some DJ who put up her pic up on his blog. With this whole story of how he took the pic in his house and she is his girl friend. A picture that was taken in our old house and he cropped everything out of it.... He had nothing to say when I posted the un-cropped pics and I was in some. I only did that because this guy had spread that story around online for a year and it was on quite a few websites. :liar: I was tired of people saying oh they know the guy that dates her and he's a top DJ. :irate: Yea Right.
