JAV VR: News, comments about releases, recommendations, hardware

A few words about a title that came out of nowhere for me and turned out pretty nicely: CJVR-044 with Ena Satsuki.


Ena is your assigned nurse and to be honest she is a terrible nurse and totally unbelieveable in this role but who cares anyways?


What matters to me is how interactive and comfortable she is in her role and if you care about that as well than oooh man we are in for a treat. For example what I always liked about her is that she just starts laughing for no reason. She can't help herself and for some this might break the immersion but I see it more like that she is just having fun at what she is doing and in turn it's just fun to watch.


First highlight for me was the handdjob. Great angles (it had several) and Ena is super interactive with the camera. Constant eye contact and teasing coupled with many kisses. Also nice how she made it more interesting with the towel. Hard to explain, check it out for yourself

At this point I have completely forgotten that we are in a hospital. Normally a turn-off for me but her clothes are rather normal, the setting is fine and Genius Knee did a fantastic job for the immersion. Now let's jump right into the sex scenes because I skipped the second part.

For ass lovers you only get this angle in which you can't see much because it's pretty far away from the camera and she keeps her nurse outfit on. If it has to be this angle at least let her lean back for a little while towards the camera.


Just 20 Minutes left and finally Ena takes her clothes off, nice. Now overall I would say the sex scenes are ceiling specialized because like 50% of the time you get this angle either with or without clothes. Again Ena is super interactive with her salvia, kissing and much more. It never get's boring with her


You might've guess it already but my highlight is yet again the missionary . It starts out very close to the camera and after a while... the camera moved even closer and to top it off it had several kissing segments of which one had the camera clued to her face while kissing. Only Genius Knee can pull this off right now, great stuff.


One thing that bothered me about the title was that they didn't include a sitting cowgirl. My guess is that the studio made this decision but I don't understand why. Besides that it was fun to watch and Ena's performance was my highlight of this VR. She is still one of the best.

I mean it's just 100 yen and most VRs are more expensive than the special edition. I don't mind this kind of segmentation and was always wondering why this isn't more common. Japan has a high inflation for a while but the pricing for VRs stayed pretty constant. The result is shorter and shorter titles because they have to cut something to make a profit.

With product segmentation they can provide longer titles without pissing off most that just want the sex scenes. What I don't understand is why they only charge 100 yen more. This is a laughable difference. It will also be interesting to see which version we will see on download sites.

I can't remember a single VR from Unfinished in which this segment was included. For them it's really a 'special'....

I find myself enjoying this type of HJ scene more and more. It is great when the actress is really pretty, and up-close egging you on. The mosaic kind of fades away when it is farther away and in the periphery.

I also enjoy when the actress is hovering over and let's her saliva slowly drip down. It is so immersive.

Satsuki Ena is great. Will need to check this out!

Just watched this and overall I liked it even though you can feel that the actress Misaki Hikari isn't 100% comfortable yet with the VR camera. Some actresses get all nervous in their debut but she instead deliberatly did everything very slowly. I don't mind it, actually like how calm she is but I can see why this might be perceived as a performance with little passion. On the other hand she looked amazing, better than in the pictures, kept constant eye contact and the camera was mostly very close.

From a technical standpoint it's my favorite Yazawa Receive VR in a very long time. Every angle is on point, but it had one scene that confused me. At first they made a cut in a kissing scene and the next frame was like this:

I'm talking about the excessive fake sweat that they put on the male actor for some reason. One frame earlier you couldn't even see a single drop. I guess the reason is that they had sex all night or something and the dude is exhausted??? It makes no sense to me and It's almost like Receive makes fun of himself for using fake sweat all the time...

I'm pretty sure that they are fake but you can only see it if you are paying very close attention. The only angle that revealed it was when she leaned back in the sitting cowgirl postion. Certainly one of the better boobjobs. Even in the missionary it looks normal to me.


Ok next director, let's move on to ZAMPA . I keep this short because otherwise it will turn into another rant. In his recent VRs he increasingly stopped using a proper face-to-face missionary for no reason. For example in IPVR-311 it looks like this...

Even SAVR does this better with their pillow angle. What is he thinking and why are the studios ok with this? Even the girl looks uncomfortable in this postion and it's a mile away from the camera and not immersive. Too bad because otherwise it would've been a title that I liked for example the sitting cowgirl was very well shot and as always Furukawa Honoka gave everything.


Speaking of SAVR, the last title I wanted to mention is SAVR-835.

I think it's the first time this studio tries using the spider angle. I guess someone at KMP saw all the hype and sales on some of Receive's spider titles and thought 'let's copy this' without understanding what is going on. No matter if you like this angle or not: at least we should agree on that Receive understands immersion and tries to get us closer to the girl. For some his spider angle works for others like me not so much. Anyways it becomes clear that the director "Miso-boiled KOMI" dosen't understand this angle at all and for example the male actors body is leaning back too much / at the wrong angle so it almost looks like Yuri Maina is having sex with a roller coaster while she is too far away from the camera. See a comparison (left SAVR, right JUVR-240 from Receive)

KMP's attempt in using the spider angle falls apart quicker than a game of jenga tower with parkinson patients and of course they finish this title off with the pillow angle. How are they still in business?

Guys, I was a bit afraid of the Mizuki Yayoi Re debut....
I was right.
She has change her nose for something very unnatural. I used to really like her nose.
He nostrils are higher, nose holes are much bigger, the tip is more pointy.
It just turns me off. She had a very natural face, a bit asymetric, a cute weird nose, (fake boobs I know....but it was ok).
She just didn't change her teeth for now....but she will for sure.
I will try her new VR but...I think it will be the last one for me.

Many Jav Actresses have a natural cute nose, even if it's big, not straight, round, asymetrical.
It makes them what they are!
