Today A Festa VR has launched this title,
ETVTM-007, and it says:
filmed in 8K with a new camera...
it is very strange because I think the girls are not new.... And at Afesta it is only 4K... Do you know if in other stores there is a 8K version??
It's such a pity that there is no 8K JAV content available yet. Beside the language the relatively low resolution is my biggest immersion killer, especially if the action in the video is not close-up. I've really been trying hard to find ETVTM-007 in the filmed resolution but it seems that it was never distributed in 8k.
I've read some interesting posts on reddit from the guys who operate SLR (sexlikereal). They have been in contact with many different JAV studios (as they work with them, integrating them in their plattform). They planning to work with japanese Studios this year and release 8K JAV content on their plattform and they said one of the reasons there is no native 8K content is that, the distribution channels are not ready for 8k (such as DMM).
And japanese studios seem to be really strict about DRM and thats why often the content is Stream only and you dont find a legal download source. Another interesting fact is that in japanese productions the director is livestreaming the scene to a VR headset while filming. I've been watching some behind the scene videos from western studios and they dont seem to do that. I guess its one part of the reason JAV VR is so much more immersive.
As there are more and more high def Headsets released (Quest2, Reverb G2) and more upcoming (Apple VR, PSVR 2 both big players) i really hope we finally see some advances in the technical quality of the content too.
Talking about headsets: I've been using my Quest 2 for a couple of months now (preordered), and basically pretty happy so i sold my Odyssey+ and canceled my Reverb G2 preorder as reviews on reddit were mixed and there seems to be not a huge advantage in quality for VR Porn.
Although its awesome to go wireless, the options for good VR180 players are bit limited.
Oculus Gallery, which had the best quality on my old Oculus Go got discontinued on the Q2 and replaced with Oculus TV which is basically useless (no DLNA, no playlists). DeoVR is basically useless (worst visual quality + weird stuttering). So best choice is Skybox (for 4k content, higher res videos seem to be downscaled) and Pigasus VR can be used for 8k but sometimes playback not as smooth as Skybox. There is also Whirlgig on Sidequest which i am trying out right now.
Alright enough tech talk. Recently i noticed not just a quality improvement in the SOD videos (3DSVR) but also a lot of creative ideas from them, but other studios as well. As i am a bit bored with standard scenes i am always on the look for some unusual scene/locations. Anybody has sugesstions? I have already seen thinks like:
-massage magic mirror
-lockerroom
-elevator
-backseat of tourist bus
-airplane
-library and mens room
-japanese Spa
-swimming pool/sauna
-car/limosine
-restaurant with the waitress while girlfriend asleep
-barber
-groupraped by nurses
-physical therapiest
-dentist
-in the surgery room
-various scenes in the office / gettings blowed while having a video conference
-magician
-...
So i am looking for stuff like that. As for the experienced members like Walle12, what are your alltime favourite scenes (similar to the one above) ?

It is an intimate movie where she is your girlfriend and there are some no-sex scenes to create the mood. Maybe it needs more sex scenes but the ones it includes are good, with full-nudes, and face-to-face sitting position. I like them, Kano Yura is so beautiful.
