You should definitely start learning japanese bro, the japanese language is really beautiful and if you can understand it then you can watch a lot of untranslated great japanese movies and shows. also you don't need to waste a lot of time, i started a year ago studying an hour a day only and now i can understand and read 60% of the japanese language, i can point you to a great learning tools if you are interested.A pity I only understand a few japanese words...
