Does wupload play nice with FDM?
HF, MU, RS all work well with FreeDownloadManager.
I don't have such good luck with Filesonic; I have to select each link separately which is a pain in the ass.

I suggest you to try JDownloader, the best download manager for hundreds of different hosts, including Filesonic.
