I downloaded a game but when I try to play it a message comes up saying:" This product is only for the inside of Japan".... WTF!? I have never seen this what do I do to get rid of this?

I do not use windows much, lately not at all; maybe set locale (region, language) to Japanese or install a Japanese windows. Maybe the gaming company (I assume) you downloaded the game from could help.
