B is for the blu-ray version.
D is for the DVD version.

I thought the same thing... but I found a site where they were both "B" and "D" versions and both weighed the same... it should be noted that neither of the two were not even in Full HD xD
The same I think it is because that are only copies... thank you for clarifying my doubts... ^^

yes unfortunately, the translation what is HD, is lost, and a lot of rubbish has been posted underneath the HD banner
