Well, if it is truly Uehara in those shots, the fact that she choose to hide her face and withdraw evidence that she is taken suggest something. She was totally fearless just a fews year prior. Why the change of heart ?
Probably because she wants to step away from the spotlight? A while ago there was some Reddit AMA with Anri Okita and whoever else is a little more known on western shores and she basically said as much. The rule of sex is still considered an intimate act that should be reserve for the closest of kins and done in private by society today weighs on most of the actresses and is a contridiction to who they portrayed on screen.
The real Uehara is a lot more reserved and pious, I wager and thus the stance on those latest shots. As she is not willing to share her private life out of her persona, we can only refer what we know her as and it's definately not the Uehara we know in those snaps. It will be totally different if society dictates that sex is as causal as handshake. But that will make porn lose it's appeal.

Well, a lot of things could of happened within one year. If that is her being censored in the photo then she must have become more reserved to protect her privacy and "other half." Or maybe she's not wearing any makeup and would look gruesome to some fans. However, there are those that are married like Mihiro are more open to share her private life on her blog. Saori is okay showing her portion, but hide her old husband.
That is still in contradictory to the Uehara persona's relentless devil may care attitude. If the girl is true to the character, she should be working at leisure at some deliheath or fuzouku joint today instead of just getting hitched and being all low key.
