Refer to JIC rules: http://www.akiba-online.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2599
4. Only persons working within the Japanese Jr industry.

Unless you can provide some sort of proof that the videos were made within JI industry standards (eg: there is a DVD cover, DVD code, publisher name, JI names, and/or other relevant information), the content would fall outside of actual JI industry productions and would technically not be allowed.

In other words: DVDs that were intended for sale and distribution are OK; private-, home-, or stalker videos are not. [Don't forget, the term "junior" (used interchangeably with "young girl") does not automatically mean "junior idol". A proper JI is signed to an agency and knowingly publishes content.]

That said, there is quite a bit of the latter material currently in the JIC and profiles (mostly stalker-esque pictures of unsuspecting girls who are not JI). I doubt the mods would outright ban you for posting these clips, but if its presence on the forum becomes contentious, don't be surprised if your posts suddenly disappear (and rules made more specific).
