Non Nude Idol videos (Is 17 child Porn in U.S)?

I'm sure this question has been answered somewhere in this forum. However I've yet to find the exact answer to my question while searching.

So here it is and hopefully someone can help.
I'm a fan of the non nude type videos that are made. But only the ones from girls 18 or older. People that know me, know I like the big booty LoL. Now I have no interest in the ones where the girl is clearly very young, say 15 and under. However I have come across some that I believe where of girls that where 17. Now I live in the U.S. Does anyone know if owning one of these non nude videos with a 17yr old is considered having child porn?

The whole area is a bit murky but I would in all good conscience say that you are safe. Consider the infamous Traci Lords videos, even though these were clearly porn and when it was revealed she appeared in her early videos when she was 16 and the videos were removed from the shelves......I can't think of any serious prosecution for anyone owning one of those videos. Girls from 16 and older can have abortions without parental consent now and in many states having consensual sex with a girl 16 or older is no illegal as a result of this law. So I don't see how watching a video of a non-nude 17 year old from another country, no sexual acts involved, in a legally produced and distributed video, would be considered illegal in the state of New York. This is not to say that NY doesn't have very strict laws concerning child porn, they do, just that it is very unlikely to apply in this instance.

All that being said: laws differ from country to country and you are the one who must take responsibility and face the repurcussions, if any, for what you download and view on your computer. So if you are worried about it, then don't do it. It is your life that we are talking about here, not mine or anyone elses. There are plenty of alternatives available here. Nor does what one person feels comfortable watching, owning or downloading have anything to do with this. Let them live their lives because they can't live yours. They don't have to suffer for any mistakes you make so don't put yourself in a position to suffer by replicating what you feel might be any mistake they are making. Just live and let live, make the choices you are comfortable with.

Yea I read what you're saying. But have you seen any of Karen Tsukishima's videos? That girl has ass for days. And I think some of hers she was 17 or maybe even 16. Many girls I can care less about, but true gems like her. The ones that got the booty. That's hard to send to the trash bin if you know what I mean.
