Hey I have a question for the fluent japanese speakers among you guys!

Which of the japanese words for "Sperm" sounds the most vulgar? In english it's probably "Cum" or "Jizz" but in japanese?

zaamen サーメン

seishi 精子

seiki 精液

superuma スペルマ (rare)

liquid containing 精子 is called 精液.
These are medical terms.
Children who have just received sex education will laugh.:D
If you choose among these are サーメン.
In Japan, it does not pronounce "サーメン", it says "ザーメン"

Weird , i've heard many times people refer to 精子 seishi as semen . Not as the sperm cell.

Just one example : 「私の中にいっぱい精子出してください」 - please give me a lot of sperm (written 精子 seishi)

4文字(精液/せいえき)より3文字(精子/せいし)の方が「語呂がいい」から、だと思います。
I'm sorry, I do not know how to express in English.:(

seishi 精子 is sperm
seiki 精液 is semen

There is no confusion, except common people usually don't make a big deal about it like you do. In the vid cover you put up, the theme is to make the school girl pregnant. If the sex doesn't make pregnant, say she is on the pill, or she has IVD... Or more interesting case, the stud had vasectomy so he shoot semen but it contains no sperm... well that's the case that, scientifically, makes it meaningful to distinguish sperm from semen. But you don't get the opposite case, unless you are doing a procedure in a IVF lab instead of making semen in a vagina. You don't have sperm without the semen. So it's a distinction that makes a difference only to you, no one else.

I think vimana is trying to say something about a 4-kanas word fits more nicely in that sentence than a 3-kanas word. It's a very very Japanese (the language) thing that we have no hope to understand. Anyway I think it may not be as deep as that.

So anyway... I am guessing there exist more vulgar/rude Japanese words for sperm, similar to cum, jizz, spooge, or spunk. That you can't find them in a dictionary.

That turned out to be a very interesting subject, thanks to both of you. But now in the english language, does sperm refer exclusively to the germ cell or is it also used to describe the liquid in which it is expelled (even if that's scientifically incorrect) ?

Sperm is the scientific term for the cell with the wiggly tail (I don't think "germ cell" is precise here). Semen is the scientific term for the fluid containing sperms (assuming the guy had not had vasectomy).
