Anyone know whether Rapidgator now limits your download bandwidth?

I've been trying to download from them but my download seems to hang at around 120MB or so. Going back to the link I get "This file can be downloaded by premium only". This message then goes away after awhile. I don't know if this is Rapidgator or the account settings of the uploader.

All the freehosts are junk. If they get congested they just flip the bird to anyone not paying.
