But I guess it comes down to your definition of a child. I would not classify girls over the age of 16 as children, would you? Well 16 year olds are certinaly not for the purposes of this argument to be considerd children as in the VAST majority of the world in counties that HAVE an age of consent its 16 or LOWER. Actually I say that MOST adult males find girls as young as 14 desirable espicaly if thier fully devloped, but would never admit it. Its only in the last 100 years if that the age of consent has gone up to 16 and 18 in most places. It one of the reasons Spring Break in mexico is so popular as the AOC there is 12 I think.

It's a sad world where "expert" means "expert liar." Entire defenses have been established by finding the fully exculpatory evidence in the dumpster of the Federal Prosecuter.
That these people knowingly send innocent people to prison to try to get that extra "Gx" pay level increase of 15% is a scandal. This goes back to the witch hunts of the middle ages when the knife would not penetrate a witch. Of course, it was retracting into the handle. All the witches were widows with property. It's just plunder for money.
Our government now holds us hostage. Homeland Security, the domestic spy agency, now spends millions of our tax dollars, not for terrorism, but to catch us downloading movies to justify their salaries, pensions and benefits.
The sad part is that no matter what wrongs are exposed, the Feds never consider they have wronged anyone....it's just a game where they get to play with the truth, our lives, our money and at no risk to themselves.
If the man in Puerto Rico had any Konomi Futuba videos, over 18 & censored, they would have just sent him to jail without a trial.

I said this several times and always got infraction warnings, threatened to be banned for good. Those kind of people call the shots here. Call the kids "Idols", they are still for the freaks to fap over it. Which agan makes me wonder what kind of parents those Japanese are, who bring their children to do such stuff.

I am sorry but I am reading this thread and see a connection in the approach of the anti-porn people who make attacks on peoples freedom every few years (usually an election year in the USA when they can attack the liberals who are fornicators and idolators <pun intended> and use the stink they raise to get conservatives elected).
Kid porn is an easy target for them because they know that NOBODY will freely admit that they support any type of child abuse. And, in the past these people have had free reign to identifying what THEY think is child abuse. I remember them saying that Clinton was a child abuser because Monica was barely 21 at the time and he was robbing the cradle.
It is not really child abuse that they are concerned with however. The fact that they constantly seek out the abuse of children proves that something is amiss with their minds. They want to CONTROL EVERYTHING. They want to WIN. Their ultimate goal is to snuff out ALL pornography. They want to control women and children and tell them what THEY think is right and just. And, if they could they would change things so that liberals had NO ways to express their views at all.
I wish that at least one or two countries would stand up on their hind legs and say, listen USA we have our own culture and heritage and ways of doing things. You do not own our souls and have no right to tell us how to run our countries or how we choose our laws. And, we will NOT lose face by ignoring your antiquated, pioneer, yeehaw, backward laws and demands. As a matter of fact we will prove our democracy and independence and our heritage by saying NO to you.
If Japan wants to stick by its guns and say, hey its okay for a girl to be a woman at 13, and we think women are beautiful from the cradle to the grave, then way to go Japan! In fact, I remember the USA just changed a law in New Jersey in the 70's which said a 10 year old girl was age of consent. In the same time period there was a swift overhaul of all the laws changing the age of consent in many states from 13 and 14, and tried turning it nationwide to 18 or 21 years old. So, Akiba and Japan don't let these people fool you with their anti-porn masks. There are skeletons in their closets. They don't really care what happens to girls or women.
They just want to win their war against freedom.

I was just looking for a thread such as this. I come to Akiba to see vids of ADULT women, not little girls. I just scrolled past a torrent of a little girl in a bikini who couldn't have been more than 5 or 6 years old. It's a recent post. I don't care if the girl in the video perhaps just prances around or whatnot, no one can defend such a video as intended other than to satisfy someone's prurient interest in little girls. Yes, I exercised my right not to download the video but the posting of such things speaks to a problem that too many are silent on. Yes, I sound like I'm preaching and I expect some to attack me for saying this but I would like to see such postings removed.
