When I click "like" on Yipman's posts, I get blocked because "there are no Filejoker links" in the post.

However, Yipman does put Filejoker links in his posts, they are just behind safelinking.

While I'm at it, I was wondering if there could be a time limit or something on the Filejoker Exclusive posts. Like a Filejoker Exclusive post is exclusive only for 7 days or 14 days or some reasonable amount of time. Some of the Filejoker links are often removed because of DCMA and I think the Filejoker Exclusive rule discourages posting of backup links to other services. Doesn't that sort of work against what the spirit of this section is meant to be?

Got the same message as you and was a little bit confused in the first moment.
But then I realized what the cause of the problem could be: @Yipman uses safe-links. And I guess the forum doesn't do any deep checks of that (means if that safe-links contain Filejoker links). Especially as there is a Captcha protection. That would mean that one of mods has to solve some Captchas each time Yipman posts such safe-links.
