I'm sure yui hatano is still popular enough to choose her costar and event, but she still choose to film a lot and travel a lot to attend events. Shoko is probably one of the top diva now since she's still selling regardless to who her costar is, so she probably can boss her a manager around. Those videos did not sit well with the managements as they deem it very unglamorous with the other girls image.
She caved in and delete all the videos and that specific tweet which badmouth her management. So it is evident that it is a conflict between her liberal western background and her conservative management. Tia does not like to be conform to the agency's standard like the rest of her peers.

AV is considered un-cultured so it's customary to "wash" your writing several times with humorous and obscure innuendos and double entente to avoid saying "penis", "fuck", "prostitute" etc. You can't expect Google Translate to understand "dragon claw hand" to mean "hands that squeeze tits".
