Overall, it's hard for guys to accept an av idol past especially in Asia with those taboo prude gossiping family members or friends talking about how your girl was use and seen by millions while she was still young and perky. This is not really new from her, when TeamZero died and she got moved to S1 by her agency(something she didn't want to do) she complained, a lot and if it wasn't for being under contract she would've retired then. She was legit pleased with her TeamZero, lowkey status, but being moved to S1 with many more eyes, and higher expectations she didn't like.

Av idols aren't treated badly in Japan by the public, they're on tv all the time, the most popular ones usually end up with solid tv gigs or do other things if they want to stay in the spotlight, The

On the marriage stuff, I don't find that true. In regards to Sora and her husband, why wouldn't she still focus on her career? he does the same, he's a DJ that does a lot with fashion in Tokyo, most people that get married still focus on there careers. Tokyo idols is a pretty good documentary about the underground idol industry. I would suggest it to anyone who wants to know more about it. This thread is ruined. There has been several important retirements and (worse) unconfirmed retirements, two more major leaks, some multi-top-idol mega releases by S1 and IdeaPocket and even a fake squirting "scandal". All these managed to get swamped by worthless diarrheic opinionations. I am not even sure An Tsujimoto actual reason of retirement (marriage) has been mentioned. (as if it's not obvious enough I give up on most posters of this thread a long time ago).
