She is definitely not the prettiest or has the fittest body. But she is tall for a Japanese woman and has good natural proportions to go with big natural jugs. Feels like some super hot woman you could run into in real life. She's more attractive to me than most of the cookie cutter looking fit actresses with the implants today. Like you said, generic.

Yeah.... see I often disagree with @darksider59 on real/fake breasts. But this case is super obvious indisputable. It's not just fake, it's classic American fake, (instead of Japanese fake). The size is huge, the shapes are funny, and there is zero bounce and zero sag. And there's super minimal fat on her torso and arms. Not even a little bit questionable.
I'd disagree on that, comparing her to the very stiff breasts of Nikaidou Yume does not do her justice at all. They are much more in line with Yuki Rino when it comes to size and movement.

Hanna Hemisaki. Real or fake? I've seen about 2 dozen of her scenes and so far I see no telltales.
@darksider59 and I have a very long running agree-to-disagreement. He believes he can reliably distinguish real from fake, I disagree. He thinks many JAV idols are all-natural, but I think a vast majority of JAV idols have at least some minor procedures done, even regularly (at least once a year).
My own personal viewpoint is: by default assume an idol has done at least some minor procedure, if not for her breasts at least for face or other parts of her body. My categorization of breasts is this: (1) super-fake: absolutely no doubt even without before-after comparison; very obvious deformed shape and/or super-rigid texture; (2) known-fake: by appearance alone may not be definitive, but we know they are fake due to before-after comparison and/or open admission; (3) highly suspicious: no definitive evidence of any kind, but just too good to be true; (4) baseline suspicious: no evidence or reason to doubt they are natural, but based on industry standard, I just cast doubt on everyone.
Of course I am not ruling out some percentage of JAV idols have all-natural breasts but for any (emphasis ANY) named idol, without having a chance to squeeze and feel her tits with my own fingers, for any named idol, I can't have absolute confident she is all natural tits.

Hanna Hemisaki 姫咲はな is a good example of my "highly suspicious" category, there's no visible evidence of implant, her tits could be all natural, but I'm highly suspicious, too good to be real. (one piece of evidence that support her tits being real is that they are asymmetric, leftie is quite bigger and droopy compared to rightie, if they were artificial, would they be more symmetric and perfect?

You mean, just generically suspicious because she has breasts that large on healthy sized frame? You might be right. But I will say that I can't tell in her case.
And I'm pretty good at identifying tougher cases. For example, I notice Anri Okita was discussed up thread. She has augments. You cannot tell when looking at them from the front or top, but when you see the undersides, it's obvious enough.
Rena Momozono has amazing soft saggy tits. When she first debut in 2015, I obsessed over her, but she made only 3 titles and then quietly disappeared. Reappearing after more than 4.5 years later, to become a top performer for Fitch . She's among the small number of girls I follow each month. But I'm sorry to say, the ageing process on her is rather detectable. Her skin isn't as soft and smooth as 7 years ago. And her tits have become a tiny touch more saggy, just crossing the line from beautiful to gravitational surrender.
Anyway I admit I like slightly saggy tits (Rena, Julia etc) because they do bounce and boin better and partly because they give me a bit more confidence they are real. But professionally (clinically) we do know that CJK (Chinese Japanese Korean) women's tits are more fiberous than other races (more fatty) so the same size and weight (and natural) tits may be quite a bit firmer and less saggy on CJK women than say white women. At least statistically speaking.
I think her breasts even now are incredibly firm given their size. If you compare to Julia, they have much less hang. Which is why I thought there was a small chance of implants, in spite of there being absolutely no telltales. I don't see a difference from her earlier titles. If there is one, you're picking up on something subtle. I doubt she's old enough as yet to experience much effect of gravity, and even if you look at Julia, who is now in her 30's I assume, her breasts have always had pretty close to the same hang, even back to her earliest work.
Yeah, she has an amazing meaty ass too. Her body just rocks, period. She's pretty, though not quite beautiful. There are prettier girls in JAV, but not many with that nice of a body.
Does anyone else think the bra size of these JAV idols are often over-inflated? Sachiko is advertised as "J cup" but are those really J's? I relate everything to American sizes, and on that measurement scale, she is a DD/E or DDD/F, which is F and G in the Japanese system. J cup is 3 sizes above the higher of those two. If I look at those three, Nanami might be a J, Rena might be an I, but Sachiko is at most a G.
Cup size is entirely non-standardized. Even within the same country, I'm pretty sure, cup size standard changes over time. And previous sentence is even talking (seriously) about real world female underwear. It is a total waste of time to try to correspond Japanese bra size to any other countries, even in Asia. E.g. the same brand name would shift their standard according to the country of the customers, not the country of the manufacturer.
When it comes to JAV marketing, it's two more orders of double-think requried. Like you noticed, even amongst idols of the same era, there's no objective standard.
Do note that I have not, and I will not, make a judgement or declaration of the realness vs fakeness of Rena Momozono's tits. For Julia, I would say 60% confidence there's no implant. But for Rena: I cannot confirm nor deny.
I generally agree with your earlier points, which is that most large breasted JAV actresses are augmented. Probably around 75% of those with say F cups or larger. But with some women, you can tell there are no implants for sure, and Julia is one of them. While it might be possible for them to add implants and make them look like that, I don't think a surgeon would leave that much hang in them.
Any of these women with huge boobs who got implants that look real did it more for firmness than volume. So, for example, Hana Himesaki whose photo I posted earlier, I think she is augmented in spite of no telltales and total softness when kneeded, because they just hold up too well for breasts of that size. Undoubtedly some like her, or say Ena Koume, whose breasts are identical to hers, had large breasts before and got probably 1 cup size augments. They did this not because they wanted to go from say H to I, but because they wanted firmer breasts. If Julia got implants in spite of already having huge breasts, but didn't want to get a lift out of them, then I wonder why she got them at all.
I think there are four categories of large breasts: 1. all natural (julia), 2. augments but it's impossible or very hard to tell (Hana Himiseki, Anri Okita), 3. implants are obvious but not totally plastic (Asahi Mizuno), o r4. totally plastic (Amami Tsubasa.) Those first two categories are equally attractive to me. The third is nice/acceptable. The last category though - breasts like that only look better than small breasts with clothing on. With it off, most IMO probably looked better with their A/B/C's than with those.
Those other girls I posted by the way, Sachiko and Nanami Matsumoto, both are almost certainly natural. Nanami is borderline BBW. Would be odd if she didn't have at least somewhat large breasts to go with all the rest of that meat.
