I posted this thread almost a year ago, and since then I have done a lot of "research". (FOR SCIENCE). This is my conclusion, and I'll try and post GIF/Screencap proof eventually for every name I put on either list.

There also seems to be a lot of discussion about whether specific actresses have or dont have. I'll do my best to "review" (MORE SCIENCE!) any actress whose name comes up frequently in threads like this, and either put their name in the With or Without categories. I will also be checking any names posted in this thread and updating with the right category.

Her breasts have weird "folds" around the edges occasionally; but when her breasts move roughly and the flesh thins, there is no evidence of a breast implant "bag". *Note: I would like to explain in context, that I am not 100% sure with 4-5 of the actresses. More like 80-90% sure after reviewing multiple videos, and images. An example of this is Hikari Hino. Her breasts "pancake" when she lays on her back, but in general are much more firm and well shaped than the average natural breast. They slope outward like natural breast tissue, but have very little sag for natural breasts. In a day or so, I'll re-review and try and denote which actresses I'm not completely sure about.

Also note that not all of these actresses have breast implants in all of their movies. Many actresses seem to have gotten breast implants partway through their career.

Thanks for informing us that they're not fake. I once read somewhere (maybe on Akiba?) that Sora had breast implants. When I read that, I started weeping in my bowl of cereal. I haven't seen any surgical scars from the procedure on her, so I didn't think it was true. In American porn, you can see the scars if a chick has had implants. And when they lie on their backs, you can see a ridge around the boobs from the implant or the surgery scars at the bottom of the boob.

Implants are more common in JAV models than you might think. This article is a pretty decent eye-opener on the subject. It specifically uses Sora Aoi as an illustration. (You might not want to read it if you don't want your illusions shattered, tho'. hnoes: )

Here's another useful article on how to spot implants.

Not really mentioned by either article, but another useful indicator is the size of the nipples and areola. The latter, especially, should be larger on larger (natural) breasts, because they get stretched out as the breast grows. If you see nickel-sized areolas on cantaloupe-sized breasts, it's a pretty good sign of fakes. (This problem plagues American porn; just one of many reasons I can't stand most of it.)

Sora Aoi's got good-quality implants, but her nipples always seemed a bit too small & high up to look quite natural to me...

After take a closer look I have to admit that it looks like your right, they do look a little of. Fuck is there any JAV star that doesn’t have implants?

Hikari Hino, Haruka Sanada, Mika Kayama and Kirara Asuka, my four favorite actresses all apparently have implants (me being overwhelmingly naive believed that all of them were completely natural).
