They are soft and squishy and everything I would expect from natural breasts but something feels off,

But you can't tell that to Eimi Fukada because the heavy surgery is what makes her so marketable. I also prefer natural girls and it's a shame that plastic surgery is creeping into JAVs but it what makes those girls able to earn more (which means that a lot of people actually like enhanced girls)....

Let's just take the bright side - since it becomes more and more prevalent, maybe in the future plastic surgery would be so perfect that ordinary people wouldn't be able to tell. My stance today is that a bit of body enhancement is okay if it's not too obvious like a pair of perfectly round and hard boobs.

Have you ever thought the possibility that she did surgery just in order to earn money in JAV? Imagine an Eimi Fukada who actually doesn't really care how she personally looks like outside of her job.

And regarding your "temporary success" comment, I wish that somehow being a porn actress/actor could be a life-long fulfilling job. First you need to legalize porn and change the society's perception of it....

There are risks with cosmetic surgery... Not least that the look you wanted isn't the look you get.

Breast augmentation is the least risky probably but I have read about pornstars having their implants removed because of chronic problems.(pain)

But WTF do I know. I feel the same way about tattoos which are rampant in the west.

I guess the point of my post was just to discourage cosmetic surgery (and maybe defend my girl Sora Aoi!). And speaking of sora she lied about her age to be more "marketable" allegedly.

As weird as it sounds, that's why people should support cosmetic surgery since it's still "risky" and "could make you look unnatural" among others so that it becomes better over time. Cosmetic surgery can be viewed like any other medical operations in this context. It benefits people who need to do cosmetic surgery because of real medical reasons.

Now I get why this is controversial since attractiveness is tied to mate selection and people certainly don't want to be fooled when choosing their future partner. You don't want to mate with a beautiful girl and later finding out that mommy is a "fake" since all of your kids are ugly looking. But in the case of porn, I'd be okay with it because it's just a form of entertainment, especially if the actresses/actors admitted that they had some enhancements done.

You can move to another field when your first job is over, a lot of people do that. Still, some current mature actresses started in early 2000s. They take care of themself without PS, good diet and sport, that's why some are looking way better than newcomers in their 20s.

It's so impressive how well they hide the scars in JAV. In Korean R18 movies and western porn the scars are clear as day. But I've never noticed scars on JAV girls with obvious fake boobs like Eimi Fukada. I tried looking through this thread and there are a couple pics that surprised me like this post from Casshern2. You have to look really close to find them. I guess a lot of them use methods like makeup, armpit incision, and fat injections to minimize the appearance of scars.

Yes the shape of the implant appears next to her ribs. Implantless boobs would not squish like that. The curve would be more natural.

Mmh, that's not the verdict I was hoping for tbh :( Are you 100% sure? This was the first and only time I noticed something weird about her breasts.
In pretty much every other scene I would never have had a single doubt.
It's just I find it difficult to believe that you would be able to squeeze through the whole breast with implants inside,
plus the crazy amount of movement.
