I thought something like this, that or they mistakenly took the guy on the cover of IBW-828-z for a black man , he's fairly dark skinned but it's definitely Japanese ,thank you for that link , it's useful but so many movies aren't credited even there for example IBW-835z has Matsumoto Ichika on it's front cover , there's nobody else and yet it's left uncredited, IBW IR 823z is also uncredited even though the one on the front cover can be easily identified as Ichikawa Kanon

The Moodyz series deserves an honorable mention as well.
