I don't think if you see an av actress in America, it means she'll do interracial scenes. Ideapocket has few great AMWF vids with Lacie Hart and some other popular girls but as we know it, no more popular american or european porn stars come to Japan to do AMWF for japanese studios, my guess is they cut the budget

and I think JAV agencies or maybe the whole ring protecting their best idols not to give them easily to do interracial, maybe they consider it will affect their girl's image / popularity ?

because they want to fool their audiences, and vice versa some people love to be fooled, so they can believe all of them all real amateurs :D

They don't fly guys or girls out to L.A to shoot with Caucasian/Latina girls or black guys using their set that much anymore. Japan still have a few black actors, but aren't utilize as much nowadays. There are some minor European girls like Abigaile from Czech that does av in Japan, but no more Lexi belle or Mia Malkova level these days.
