How To Obtain Premium Accounts?

Can someone please tell me how to obtain free premium accounts? Also, if i download many movies and delete them, will they eventually slow down my computer? I'm not very good with technological things.

1) There's is no such thing as a free lunch.

2) The only thing downloading lots of stuff and deleting it will do is fragment your hard drive. Use the built-in Window defragmenter (or a third-party tool like Raxco Perfectdisk) every once in awhile.
